Absolutely shocking customer service and what a shame as the pizza was beautiful.Ordered 2 pizzas and the just eat app stipulated between 8.30-8.50pm the order arrived at 8.20pm from a banging on my door and a man who claimed he’d been waiting 15 mins outside (he called me at 8.19pm hardly 15 mins) he was rude and aggressive.I contacted the shop as I wanted to query my order as previously it was a cheaper price and Buy one get one free ( as a customer I’m free to do that) I then discussed how appalled I was at the delivery driver and his attitude. 10 mins later to my amusement I received a phone call from the driver who was in fact the OWNER! Ranting and raving again and then put down the phone.Absolutely disgusting! What a shame mate you may wish to work on your personal skills with customers if you want to keep them!

Ordered donner meat and chips. Cost £6 which is more than I’ve paid anywhere else.The two scrawny lads behind the counter look like they had barely started puberty.Blonde bird was hot but gave me barely any scran.Absolute joke of a portion, was more the size of a lunch time special which are usually cheaper else where.Either they don’t like northerners or just tight af dishing out the food.Mostly fries on the bottom which are only £2-£3 a portion any way and a few strand of meat on top and a tiny bit sauce. Hardy good value.Managed to eat it in about 5 minutes flat and I was still hungry after.Won’t be going back.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC!Avoid avoid avoid! we usually order our pizzas from here but the past few visits and tonight especially have been horrific! We received Soggy doughy uncooked pizzas and horrible soggy fries that smelt off completely inedible my partner phoned to ask if we could have new pizzas & fries and we would bring these ones back (we only had a slice of one pizza each) when he got to the shop they come out to look at the pizzas n chips n they said they was fine! That thin base pizzas are ment to be soggy & doughy! Refused to cook us more pizzas and got aggressive kicked my partner out the shop he left with no pizza and refused us a refund so basically just spent £25 on nothing gone to bed hungry! Never coming here again & neither will family & friends we recommend disgusting customer service AVOID!

Has this place changed hands in the last few years, i remember this place being good but now!! Its far from it. We had a takeaway of 2 pizzas chips and garlic bread, the garlic bread are them cheap slices you get from Aldi, the chips were even cheaper and the Pizza!! If it can be called that. Had no tomato sauce for the base, the cheese was literally stuck to the dough as no sauce between the 2, we counted 7 pieces of pepperoni on the pepperoni pizza and well i didnt see any sweetcorn on the ham and sweetcorn pizza we had, no flavour very bland. They are clearly using cheap ingredients to make a profit as its so bad! Genuinely never again. The 3 kids working there were just stood talking in the back, the lad kept flicking his hair about, and the guy making the pizzas must have little to no teeth as he didnt crack a smile the whole time i was waiting.

Customer service was shocking - extremely cocky and arrogant. Had a message to say food was on its way, 50 minutes later we contacted the place to say it hadn't arrived and were told it was 6 miles away. Tried to cancel and ask for a refund as the pizza & fries would be cold and the guy on the phone was extremely unprofessional, refusing a refund for an extremely late & cold delivery. Luckily just eat refunded us after a threat of a credit card refund.

If you want a shocking pizza, over priced this is the place, comes with the full grease free of charge, cheap chips, let alone the chicken!!!!

The two blokes behind the counter were rude and uninterested for starters.The "large" pizzas at 14.99 are anything but large.They were undercooked, so much so that the base was still slightly doughy and the underside was pale. The vegetables on the topping were so undercooked that they were crunchy.The pizzas were very bland, almost as if the flavour had been washed off them.Double pepperoni? Seen more pepperoni on a vegan pizza!Having tried most pizza places around Tamworth, this one gets the worst review.Trust me - avoid it. Please.
