We went on Saturday and although the store was very busy. We were attended to quickly at customer services by a very polite young lady. She was helpful and efficient and helped us to buy the table we wanted and organise the boxes version to come from another store for the next day. When we collected the table on the Sunday. We had assistance with the table into the car.Thank you we would definitely recommend and certainly return to buy other items

NO DOGS!!At the weekend, sorry but you have just lost another customer, for years we have been visiting with #MollyDog, dodging the uncontrolled children.Sorry but your not having any of our business anytime of the week now.Dobbies up the road will welcome you and your pooch anytime..

My sister and I treated our Mum to afternoon cream tea. The food was spot on - delicious and dainty - and plentiful! The staff were lovely, friendly, really attentive and helpful. After tea we had a walk around the garden centre and I have to say I disagree with other reviews that the place is expensive. I had a look at the large house plants and found the prices cheaper than I had seen elsewhere, and the plants were in excellent condition. I will definitely be returning to buy one or two when I've finished decorating my home!

This isn't a garden centre. It's a self contained small Town! Tons to see. Loads to do. Free parking. Free toilets. Outdoor activity centre for the kids. Indoor and outdoor dining. Best of all they had available garden furniture when everywhere else was sold out (April 2021), and surprisingly modestly prices. Free 'local' delivery was available but we collected next day (not all items kept in store).Allow plenty of time to visit - it really is that huge.Even better now they've banned those filthy dogs on weekends. It's a shop not a freaking park.

Kids loved it here. Great layout, great range of shopping and we particularly enjoyed the pet section.Play area is great too. Restaurant is nice but can get quite crowded at busy times.Overall a great place

We had such a good time at planters the staff was really friendly and we also came to see Santa. We even have a down poor of snow. What made it magical.

Pumpkin 🎃 activity was great. Really well organised and laid out. Kids really enjoyed. Fun was had doing the little quiz, pumpkin 🎃 bowling 🎳 . Staff really helpful with the carving. Really liked the fact that carving tools were included in the entry price.

·

Really well laid out lots to see and do. The Xmas shop is stunning

Needed a few plants for the bathroom window ledge and thought we'd try somewhere local that we hadn't been before. Must both be getting old as the minute we entered we both went 'we've been here before'. Just goes to show you can't trust either Google or your memory. Anyway, delighted with the plants and the pots we picked up. Loses a star as we weren't too impressed with the lack of decent coffee in the Restaurant.
