The signs above the aisles do not correspond to the actual aisles themselves, for example, today I purchased a multipack of Walkers Crisps from the Laundry Detergent aisle, and bizarrely the laundry detergent was under "snacks" two aisles down...?!The pricing in the meal deal section is misleading, despite the shelf clearly stating "Meal Deal for £3.50 or less" and each drink price label being red, many drinks are not included. I appreciate the top sign says "see shelf for included products", but that's not how humans perceive things, we're impulsive beings (especially at lunch time) we look for colours, banners and large text, not small text on the price label that shares the same red colour, and I'm sure Sainsbury's knows this. I do wonder how many people overspend thanks to this misleading marketing.Staff take quite a long time to come and assist you at the self checkout, despite two of assistants literally just standing chatting to each other for a good minute (no other checkouts required assistance).

Great offers tailored to what you buy with the nectar program. Always straight in an out using the self scanner option

Tesco bias here, although there are plenty of salad options and they have a home section etc pretty decent 👌

Large variety of items in stock with several other businesses within the store. It's a large store with friendly staff and always seems to be clean and tidy

Looking for fashion today. Some items l wanted to see were only available on line which was disappointing. Staff helpful on desk, unable to find anyone to assist me one to one on clothing department though! 😪

Pathetic. Reducing variety and choice everytime I go. The brands that I often use are slowly being replaced by weaker alternatives with higher prices pushing you towards their own inferior products.Hate going there !

I vowed I would never return to this shop after the treatment we once received from staff. However, needs must when I was expecting a visitor with gluten free dietary needs. I called here for some gluten free shortcrust pastry - I knew I shouldn't have bothered.

Good store, with friendly and polite staff. Has an Argos store inside too which is handy. However I have found previously that online opening times or even those stated on the boards outside can be wrong. Which when visiting can be very annoying especially in the evening when you think it's open until 10pm and it's been shut since 9pm or you believe it's open until 9pm and it shut at 8pm. When visiting please be aware of this.

Large store with a large clothing area and obviously plenty of choice in food selection. The Cafe has changed to been more of a coffee shop and dissaponted to discover it doesn't have much of a hot food selection. Previously you could get chips and a few hot meals choices. All that's available now is a few hot toasties cakes, teas and coffees. The saving grace is plenty of free parking and cheap fuel which of course all helps.
