Regular visitors on Thursday lunch time. Today we were served by Margaret who is always friendly and attentive. One of the meals was warm instead of hot, which is very unusual. Margaret offered immediately to get it changed. Ten out of ten for good service.

Fantastic local pub with a real independent feel. Good choice of food and drinks and great value for money. Beer garden is amazing for the summer.

What a lovely, friendly pub. We went there today to celebrate our brother's birthday. Good food. We took a cake and they lit the candles brought it to the table together with a knife and plates so that we could eat it there. Excellent service, thank you.

Stopped of for lunch after booking an holiday. Four of us had a lovely 3 course lunch, food was lovely and hot and tasty. Two lovely ladies served who very happy and jolly. Very happy with our visit , many thanks.

Very friendly and hard working staff, setting is nice and the food was tasty and fresh too. A good little find and worth a stop if you're looking for a bite. Looks like they have plenty of outdoor tables for when the weather picks up too.

Fantastic service, lovely food. Andy and the team did really go above and beyond to make our family welcome. They really paid attention to our little ones, and make a really big deal of them. We had a really friendly welcome. There was so much variety on the menu it was a challenge to choose. We settled for the lamb shank, steak and a beef pie. No complaints. Empty plates. Thank you to Sarah our lovely server and to Jazz for accommodating us at short notice. 10/10

I visited the pub for an evening meal, which was really nice. The young lady who took our order was so friendly and her knowledge of the menu was second to none could not have been better.Thank you.There was also a quiz night which was a nice surprise.A must if your in the area.

A decent country pub serving good quality Bombardier.We had the lobster and seafood starter and my daughter had the lamb shank roast.I hope to return, but will avoid the starter I had. My daughter's meal was very, very good

Really friendly staff, food are great really great ,portion and price are fair . Really recommended that pub for meal or drink .
