Slow service. Had to wait and least 10 mins for kids meal after first plate was served. One of our party had steak which had to be returned, the fresh steak was tough and not cooked as it should be. Wouldn't say the meals are value for money. Disappointing.

Came for a meal with the wife and have to say it was excellent as usual. Our waitress Jenny was exceptional and extremely friendly, a credit to your company.Food deliciousI run a pub myself and know how difficult it can be on a busy Friday night so well done all the staff.

We have stayed on and off for 6 weeks at prem Inn whilst working, eating at beefeater every night. We have not had a disappointing meal. Staff fantastic, food great for price, what more do you want!

Sunday morning breakfast . All you can eat buffet. 3 adults 2 children.Everyone enjoyed the meal, the food was hot and tasty. One child had cakes and said they were nice. Staff helpful and pleasant. All round a good experience. I would recommend a visit and will be going again.

Had a family meal last night ,after looking at the festive menu I decided to have the festive burger which looked and sounded very nice from the menu. Unfortunately the meal was not the best, burgers were very dry and burnt, bacon was burnt to a crisp and the brie bites had no cheese in them.Disapointed to say the least and my wife's meal was also dry but on the bright side she enjoyed her starter and dessert. Hey ho, we enjoyed the night and the staff were very helpful and polite.

Spur of the moment visit. Restaurant full but was happy to eat in the bar area. All empty tables had left over bottles and plates. Plenty of staff but they seemed confused whose order went to which table. Toilets were tired with threadbare carpet and sticky floor tiles, definitely needs tidying up. Food arrived, no serviettes or condiments but managed to get three ketchup satchets. Staff though were very friendly and helpful so that’s why I’m giving a 4*

We booked ahead while staying at the Premier Inn for breakfast the food was well layed out warm and topped up regularly as it was all you eat breakfast. Hot food was available as well as continental, worth the price, also 1 child eats free with a paying adult which was a really good deal

Standard food but not a great visit 🙁Upon entrance there is a sign asking you to wait before you enter the 2nd door. We waited there for significant amount of time with passing staff not acknowledging us. We decided to enter and it still took quite some time to acknowledge we were even there! Not a great start and wouldn’t have been too fused if it was busy but the place was very quiet. At the table while waiting for drinks, I overheard a number of beef items weren’t available by a passing conversation which was one of the reasons for going. The lady asked us for drinks but I enquired about any items missing and she reeled off a load of things not available. I wasn’t happy but she went off to get drinks and I felt like we had no choice but to stay there. If we had known before drinks were ordered and sat down, I would of gone elsewhere. No complaints about the food but service slightly lacking when drinks are delayed compared to food.I would of said this was a 3 star but the things missing off the menu made me wish we went to another restaurant.
