Abousoutly delicious! chips are amazing and the fish, staff so friendly which is why I will definitely go back again even though its bit out my way its worth the travel.

Absolutely shocking food and the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Half the order is missing and the woman on the phone literally said she didn't believe us and hung up the phone. This is the second time I've ordered from here on just eat and the second time I've had problems. Never again. Please avoid!!

Best kebabs in town.Just a quick note to the middle aged woman who decided to be rude to the staff this evening for absolutely no other reason than you couldn’t be arsed to wait your turn…I hope you choke on your chips!!!Manners cost nothing and the staff here are always really helpful, so if you have a problem you should probably look inward for the answer as to why you’re so miserable. Being an absolute tw#t in public at your age is disgraceful and unacceptable.But yeah - the dugout is ace. You should go there for steaming hot tasty food 👍

Same great food as always, same really helpful hours of opening that makes it the go to place for miles around....But a slight difference and a heavy heart as I say this. I think the serving staff are feeling the pressures of fulfilling online orders. The reception was frosty with counter staff not even making eye contact with customers for 10 minutes, before finally asking if they even wanted anything. I understand people are busy, and I don't mind waiting, but I think a "hi, we'll take your order as soon as someone's free", would have been a much better experience. I felt like the staff would have been happier if I'd been mugged on the doorstep!

Visit here early this afternoon around 5. Chicken was nice. But the chips was like they had been warmed up from day before. These certainly wasn't fresh chips. Sort it out or ull be losing customers

Easily the best chippy in the area!!Quite often a que but the staff work as quick as possible to get through the orders. The food is always lovely!Parking on the side. Just be aware it's cash only
