Asda Cafe in Telford and Wrekin

Good cafe also very clean, store sold a great selection of items.

Asda is always busy but if you self scan you can get your shopping done alot quicker

Rose and Kim at Scan and Go checkouts were incredibly rude and unhelpful - accused us of stealing fruit which we had scanned but removed the labels. Then had to stand and wait for them to rescan everything. Unfounded accusations of theft and then massive inconvenience of rescanning. Also called me “sweetheart” which I don’t like at the best of times but especially not when I’m being wrongly accused of stealing. Would recommend retraining them in how to politely deal with customers.

Staff is rude and counter one lady very rude and too much attitudes. I been there night she look like fat lady.i ask her some products she say I can't help you this is not my job. I just look customer scan item or not ,you found your self ya go home sleep, don't waste my time. After she say go local shop they help don't come here this is not your house I m busyHi manager complain about the lady plzLook New staff she doesn't deserve job.

Watch out ASDA have a private company for parking if you forget to register your disabled badge and run over time at the opticians you will get a £70 fine.

What a disgrace, asking shoppers to pay for parking to shop in their store, when did this happen? Never saw any signs, then wham! £42 fine through the letterbox, to say I won’t shop there again is an understatement.

I had to get some puppy food for our new Rotti puppy, They either have no canned puppy food when you go in and look!..... Or shelves full of them was out of luck the 2 other times I went as they had all gone, I was in luck this time so stocked up on 3 lots of puppy food and got 18 cans so they will last me for quite a while.

Plenty of parking places. Store is above the car park with lifts for wheelchair users. All you would expect to find in an Asda store was available here.

Layout is poor and staff look very sad to be there. Too much junk food on display and items in the wrong places like booze on the corner of where you get a packet of mince.Don't understand as well how it's a good idea to put your cakes with your fruit and veg in the middle of an obesity crisis. Clearly your trying to push the bad stuff to your customers. You need to follow the example from other supermarkets and promote a healthy lifestyle. How you lay your store out reflects on people's spending habits and diets and what I took from my visit is you prefer people by junk food and lots of it.

Good clean store nice cafe except the prices in the cafe are more expensive than in other asda stores but overall a nice place for your weekly shop and it's open 24 hours
