Very disappointed. As a rule we really enjoy going to a Belle Italia, tonight however we decided to use the Just Eat service and what a contrast!! Ordering was fine and time of delivery confirmed, then time went out by first 10 minutes then an hour, tried phoning the restaurant to check and kept getting an automated service which when it tried connecting to the restaurant no one answered (several times). When the food eventually arrived, the meals that I normally enjoy in the restaurant were only warm.

It was a reduced menu due to staffing issues though it didn't bother me as I had not visited one for many years. The server was efficient and professional. The food was quick and the restaurant was calm. For a change I was not seated in a booth far enough away from families so weren't disturbed.

Went in during half term with my young daily and friends. We had extra guests with us which I had forgot to amend the booking however the team accommodated us quickly and were so welcoming and friendly throughout. The deal of kids eat for £1 in half term was amazing and the food was all lovely. Kids came away happy and full, they had crayons at the table given to them all. Plenty if space for us, quick service and kids food came quickly. The team were great with the kids and the new manager is certainly doing a fab job. Thank you for a great lunch (25/2/22)

The place was good. Went with a friend late evening to get something to eat. I ordered the spaghetti paying extra for the chicken - I don't believed it advertised that it also came with pork but it wasn't an issue for myself. My friend's mushroom dish was supposed to have a creamy sauce however the sauce was more watery than anything... I still rate the experience relatively high though as we got the dish changed for a pizza in no time at all. Decent place with good service

Excellent Food. Visited on a night with only two front of house staff and one chef, plus trainee. But service was excellent, and food was out in about 20 mins. Really fresh tasty food, as well as excellent options for Gluten Free diet. Highly recommended.

First time visiting here and we weren't disappointed. The staff were friendly and very helpful. All allergies were catered to and the staff were very on top of making sure to get it right. Everyone enjoyed their meals, food was hot and tasty

Beautiful food, but even though it was fairly quiet food was very slow to come out and we had to keep asking where certain dishes were as someones dish was forgotten at at course.Server was really helpful, but although we counted 6 people in the store (obviously there must have been people in the kitchen too) she seemed to be the only one rushing around.

Food was hot and very tasty, the service was not great, staff were friendly and pleasant but on a Monday afternoon it was not busy, lots of empty tables around us. We had to request water three times before any arrived, we were served a room temperature bottle of wine and when we requested some ice to put into the wine we never received any. One staff member was walking up and down the restaurant with a huge bunch of keys swinging around from his waist which was quite annoying as your trying to enjoy your meal and a bit un- professional. We also saw the parmesan being served with a bare hand, surely in these times of covid gloves should be worn! Overall would not return, wouldn't like to be in there on a busy day!!!

We had limited time - asked staff if they could hurry up and they were great. Food exceptional. Service brilliant 👏 👌
