Quality is Okay but some gelato shops offer more varieties than this with better prices and the quality. At first- we have been given a set of cutlery which wasn’t properly cleaned- was sorted after pointed out. Then the Belgian Waffle wasn’t cooked to the full (95/100) but they have made us another one.So customer service was good but could have been better.

Really poor service tonight, we went in when it was very quiet, only one couple in and there were 4 members of staff working. When we went to order we were then informed that sundaes couldn't be made as the ice cream machine was broken. So we changed to waffles and a crepe. After 40 minutes only 3 of the 5 desserts had been served, 1 at a time and about 5 minutes between each one. So we asked for the remaining 2 to be refunded. We were told that they were already made and were coming, just that they took time as they could only do one waffle at a time.Another 5 minutes passed and then 2 people came over to say they didn't have one of the toppings so that was swapped for another choice. Another 5 minutes and still nothing. They then seemed to serve another table that had come in well after us with waffles.Asked again for the refund to be told the manager had to do card refunds and was at the shop and would be back in a few minutes. Another couple of minutes later and went up to say we'd take a cash refund to get attitude back and told the manager had just come in.The manager got the refund sorted, but all round the attitude and service from the staff was just disappointing and not what you'd expect from a restaurant that specialises in desserts.

Disgusting, absolutely disgusting. We popped into Creams after visiting a nearby restaurant. With up to 7 staff faffing around behind the counter, not a single one could be bothered to take our order on the second till. We wanted to order Vanilla Ice cream but it wasn’t available, nor was Chocolate Mint; we wanted a Kid’s desert from the menu but it wasn’t available and we wanted a Waffle but you guess it; no Waffles at all available. However, we settled to order from the limited choice available to satisfy our children’s desire. As an “eating-in” customer the ice cream was served in a take away paper cup and a wooden spoon. Absolutely disgusting. The remaining 2 deserts were served 10 min later when the ice cream was finished. I walked to the counter to asked myself for a proper spoon and complained about the service. The staff couldn’t give a toss about my complaint. No action – what so ever. I asked for the manager but I was told that they haven’t got a manager. The recent one was gone and a new one was going to start the next day.Never will I set a foot into Creams again. The young and very uneducated staff represents the company’s core attitude - Profit before customer satisfaction. Min wage employees.Be warned. If you value good service then this is not the place to go. STAY AWAY!!

A niche desert shop in Telford's renewed Waterfront, Creams offers a huge range of toppings and gelato ice-cream to accompany their base batter puddings of crĂŞpes, waffles and "loaded" waffles (I tried the cookie dough waffle and it was disgustingly sweet, I loved it!). If you're feeling thirsty and hungry, the monster shakes will tackle oth of your problems, with flavours such as cookies and cream, strawberry, peanut butter and more, you're going to find something you love. The shop itself is wonderfully decorated and features a selfie wall for glamorous pre-face-stuffing sessions. The seating arrangement is like a Stateside Diner, however it lacks a bit of atmosphere and warmth, but who needs that when you're in a pudding induced coma? Takeaway is available.Service is ok, the staff are very young and there's a lack of management, however they are very friendly and apologetic about the wait times (approximately 20 minutes for 3 dishes and a monster shake). If you're doing with your children, a single dessert is enough to share and the staff were more than happy to provide extra cutlery to serve. It was a good visit, if not a bit manic as a father on his own with two children crying for their pudding for 20 minutes, they were happy enough and indeed fell into a sugar-induced coma on the drive home

We walked in and expected to be seated straight away…. We waited 5 minutes to be seated when there were 8 staff in the kitchen looking at us. The tables were not cleaned and still had plates on.We waited for the food for 45 minutes and we went to ask for a refund they said that the food is ready so we waited…. Mine came a few minutes after while the other crepe still had not been made and we had to wait another 10 minutes after I had eaten all of mine. The staff walk around like zombies and have about 5 people on the same job, it is literally like having kids making your food for you. Everyone around us were complaining that there food and drinks were stale and cold and when the staff were told they seemed shocked. There customer service was an absolute shambles. The hot chocolates that were returned to them by the customers becuase they were cold was left on the counter for 15 minutes before someone moved them and she didn’t seem like she knew where she was meant to put them.I wouldn’t waste your money going here! Go to the little dessert shop instead! If the manger reads this…. I would definitely get employees who are more experienced so you are not wasting your money as you are loosing more customers down to this. The food was nice and tasty but the size of the cookie dough is laughable!

Very dissapointed in both cheesecakes purchased from Creams in Telford. Both had clearly been on display longer than they ought have been. Gone off, gelatinous texture, strange smell.I paid a little over ÂŁ12 for two slices of cheesecake. The customer service was good, I was served quickly.Won't be going here again.

Went on a Wednesday evening so not as busy. We went for the Ferrero Rocher Waffle with ice cream. My daughter had the mint choc chip ice cream. Tasted really good and the portion is huge so good enough to share between two people. I would come back again.

Dessert selection is great. I have the triple chocolate hot cookie dough and was awesome. Place it nicely situated in the town. Only negative is that service was a bit slow and staff wasn't that helpful. One of us ordered a crepe and was told they ran out of the mix and it would take 40 mins to make more though, we spot they had a full jug of it and was making crepes like under 5 mins of being told they ran out. Think the staff needs to communicate better or they couldn't be bothered to make more crepes for us. 4 stars from me as I got what I originally wanted.

Omg I just had the biggest, tastiest chocolate and Biscoff waffle with ice cream and gelato. It was a late lunch but don't think I'll be hungry again for a week. Absolutely brilliant. The eating area is spotlessly clean with good Covid measures in place. I'd definitely recommend this as a place for a well deserved naughty treat.

DO NOT BE FOOLEDI ordered the cheesecake factory vanilla cheesecake. For the price I expected a lot more. This is nothing like the cheesecake at the cheesecake factory. The topping is cheap strawberry sauce the tastes fake. The portion size is pitiful. The cookie dough was rock hard, opposite to the icecream which somehow tasted how a urinal smelled. My milkshake was just completely omitted. I cannot believe how poor this was
