Fallow Field in Telford and Wrekin

We have visited Fallow Field twice now. Both experiences have been faultless, highest praise to the staff who are excellent at their job, particularly Lauren who was charming, polite and dealt with us superbly, food arrived quickly on both visits. Nice hot food with good presentation and excellent taste. Could not recommend this place enough.

Popped in for a Saturday lunch . Not been there for a while . Good service. I had cod and chips . Well that was the thinnest toughest piece of fish I've had , and it was pretty small . Not a lot of chips or peas either . The Scampi meal wasn't much better. The best meal was half a chicken with mash and veg . Good size portion and tasty too . I'm disappointed at the portion sizes and price increase to be honest , but the staff were very good

Not at all like any other pub I’ve been to! I loved the aesthetic of the fallow field, smart country!The staff were really friendly and prompt. We did not have to wait long to order drinks or food! The food was 10/10 presentation, portion size and taste. We will definitely be back again and recommend to others ⭐️

Excellent place to stay. The breakfast staff are out of this world. Couldn't do enough for you. We would get a box to take away some things from the continental breakfast for later on our travels. The Smashed avocado on toast with bacon was the best in my opinion. So good i forgot to take pictures which i usually do.The rooms were very comfy and clean, and had a large T.V. inside with access to the side hdmi if you want to plug in your own device. They provided everything for you with tea, coffee, milk and sugar. But they didn't have shampoo just a 2 in 1 which most women won't use.All round great place to stay.

Booked a table for 7, we had a nice lady that gave us great table service, she looked after us very well. Our drinks were topped up and delivery was quick. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was good. We will definitely be returning.

Most enjoyable family birthday meal for Granddaughter aged 4. Service the girl was excellent, food super, Ist time I have been to a pub for last 2 years through ???you know what.Really enjoyable - my only criticism on the dessert menu says Raspberry shortbread Sundas with FRESH RASPBERRIES. BUT THE ARE NOT IN THE SUNDAS, you should advise people you have run out or not have it on the printed menu.

Unfortunately a very disappointing evening! We arranged to meet up with some friends for a meal out. Table was booked but on arrival table wasn't ready! We stood a waited next to table while it was being cleaned & re-laid. Ordered our drinks only to be told they'd ran out of bitter! Ordered our mains & all 4 of us had to choose a different meal as our first choice wasn't available!! At this point we asked what puddings also weren't available to save even more disappointment! 😒 we felt sorry for the waitress as it wasn't her fault!! One of our meals was a big let down!! And we said to waitress we certainly won't be coming back here again!!

Only our second visit to the Followfield as recently moved into the area. Only positive comments as we have had brilliant service on both visits. Food and drinks have been excellent too, my only negative point is we have a bottle of red with our meal and a more stylish glass would be great.Staff are lovely too, very pleasant and nothing too much trouble.

We visited Fallow Field to celebrate a birthday. Upon arrival we were politely welcomed and advised that there was a reduced menu available, Highly understandable given the current situation.We were shown to our table and were asked if we'd like to order drinks. The young man taking our order was very polite and confirmed our order back to us. The choice of food available, whilst reduced was still excellent and even though there was a slight delay in receiving our food the food itself was excellent. The venue itself was excellent and we look forward to returning in the future.

Went for lunch today and was served once more by the lovely Lisa! We always try to visit on the days she works as we know we will ALWAYS get amazing service and high quality food - she delivered once more today! She’s truly an asset to the business, god forbid she ever leaves!!Yes, great quality food, reasonable prices and great service once more! Thank you!
