Absolutely awful customer experience. Food arrived totally unannounced. No knock, no phone call. Just found it sat at my front door stone cold. Called Kebab King Madely. They said it was all my fault for accepting no contact delivery. I waited listening for the door and no phone call. The food even though freezing cold was undercooked and raw. Don't believe their present just eat reviews.

We've had food from kabab king number one f times, but just gone to place order as normal gone to check out and they is a Delivery charge as expected but then on top is.20% vat charge £3.50Service charge £1.00Paying nearly £5 in charges surely that ain't right??

Fantastic food. When we got home realised the order was slightly wrong. Called them and they couldn’t apologise enough and brought our missing items along with a couple of extras to our home(which no one delivers to,being out in the sticks). Very impressed.Thank you 😀😀

We have been loyal customers to Kebab King for several years and have always enjoyed & thought it was a great business; that is, until a few months ago. Over the last few months, quality and service has took a sharp dive for the worst - with burnt food, cold food, over-salted fries, items missing, extra additions that we have paid for being missed off the order and dietary requirements ignored. Today was the straw that broke the camel’s back - despite their own website saying a free bottle of pop would be given for orders over £20 - ours did not turn up and the manager refused to honour it. I explained how standards had gone down over the last few months and if it was not sorted I would not order again - he said that that was up to me. So, I won’t be using again, and I would avoid - they clearly have lost any care for customer service.

Absolutely awful. Ordered 2 large pizzas for the kids dinner and when it arrived it didn't exactly look like a pizza. The delivery guy clearly did not keep the box flat so the pizzas were all squished to one side the toppings had a slid off. Just a disgusting mess I wouldn't feed a dog never mind my kids. I called the shop time complain and was spoken to rudely and told and I quote " what do you expect us to do about it" They refused to help with the situation so I called just eat who luckily gave me a refund. Will never order from them again. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
