Kfc in Telford and Wrekin

Great team service and the food was hot and accurate. Floor needed a good clean but over all, very good.

Very slow. Long wait even though there was only a couple of Cars. Miserable staff

Variety of chicken pieces some more soft than others, made from expert recipe and same recipe for every branch in UK. Good seasoning, Crispy and hot wings have spice and flare added to them.

The staff here are efficient, friendly and fast, just what you want in a drive-thru. Food good too.

£140 PARKING FINE, WATCHOUT kfc car park customers from 10.00 to 23.30 only, next door mcdonalds open 24/7, no spaces at mcdonalds so used kfc which is next door from 00.00 to 00.16, 5 days later £60 ticket landed, AM trying to challenge ticket, but parking company r loading charges, currently £140,Drive thru + eat in. Usual standard food. Built 2021 I think

Fresh cooked and staff helpful, very clean and overall one of best I've visited recently

Food was very nice, hot and served promptly, but the building itself and definitely the toilets really need a good clean, very disappointing

We went around 3pm on a Thursday. No queues about a five minute wait for food but it was freshly cooked and tasted lovely and juicy.

Food was decent, friendly service. Only issue was floor was very dirty and sticky and there didn't appear to be anyone on the shopfloor cleaning

I found tonight that the staff was rude to myself and my wife. The food was ok but I didn't even feel welcome in the restaurant. Usually the staff is ok here, after tonight I won't be returning for a while... judging by how empty it was at 8oclock and McDonald's across the road was full. Perhaps other people are thinking the same too. Improvement need to be made here.
