KFC, Trench, Telford in Telford and Wrekin

Great place, never really busy, always clean and the staff are great and helpful 👏👏, Plus bonus it has two fast 55kw77kw chargers, Astra 🤔ones if I remember just press ya debit card and your charging....

KFC is notorious for getting orders wrong but this is the best one we've found in Telford for getting orders right. Not perfect but usually correct. Staff are all friendly and there are car chargers outside.

I would leave zero stars if I could!!! This was supposed to be a chicken fillet tower burger but I opened it up to find a dried out bit of chicken, mayo and lettuce. I bought it through the drive through so by the time you get home it’s too late to sort it out. Not the first bad experience with this branch either, they like missing burgers out of sealed orders that are delivered by Just Eat! Poor service and poor food.

Only came to use the rapid charger, which was working on half speed, so not very rapid. Took them ages to serve me a not very nice coffee. If you're stopping here to use the charger, I recommend getting your refreshments from Starbucks.

No card payment, no hot drinks, staff rather talk/giggle to themselves.. KFC really trying to push people away.. and the important think the food was poor.. shocking experience...

This particular KFC at Trench always seem to be short of staff and to use fast food outlet should be looked at for false advertising also there assistants don't appear to be able to read the order and invariably when you get back home find order was short,I've twice had an order of poppers for Great grandchildren not there so you can imagine the outburst,I find all fast outlets are no longer because they prioritise the Just Eat and others who have large orders to fill,have seen war breaking out sometimes inside these establishments with people demanding money back after waiting nearly half hour for their fast food order to be filled,I tell it as it is no glossing over am sure lot's more agree,those that don't if you want to accept substandard service it's up to you but don't just go home and complain to family.🤣🤣🤣

So over two years since pandemic started and even they had the place closed recently for major refurbishment, they still have the taps in the toilet which is impossible to clean your hand properly as the second you take your hand of the tap the water stops going.

A flying visit to the area meant we needed to charge our electric car, this place came up and the Instavolt system is very good. No need to be registered just use contactless or Apple Pay.Anyway… decided to grab some chicken whilst here, the guy behind the counter was really vague, looked like he couldn’t be less interested to be honest!! But hey.Chicken was ok, place was clean. Men’s toilets were ok, although no loo roll.

I visited KFC two weeks ago and had a shock when I opened my food up as half of it was missing. I took it back and the manager was very helpful but it made me feel as if I didn't not trust the staff. I have added two pictures to show you what I got. I ordered a rice box and paid extra for a piece of chicken. I got the extra chicken and salad but that was it. No rice and standard chicken in the box. They replaced it with the wright amount as you can see. It was a good job I did check as I could have gone home and then found out that my food was missing.

I generally use the drive through during what seems busy periods, so be prepared to wait. The food is good like any other KFC. There is ample parking, nice and clean inside. There tends to be an issue with the wireless payments via phone only so I would use a card or cash to pay.
