Absolutely amazing food. Deliverd hot to your door. I like vegetables in my curries with the meat, when I called them to see if it was possible, nothing was too much trouble.. highly recommended 👌

Another delicious meal here. Had thali again, a selection of little dishes. Loved it.As always the staff were welcoming.The restaurant is spotlessly clean.The table settings and decor are lovely.

Visited valentine's night for the first time and what a stunning restaurant, its decorated absolutely beautifully.The food was really good and was reasonably priced. I actually think they are underselling themselves and did expect to pay abit more especially for valentine's night.The star of the show for me was the man who waited on us... he was so lovely and witty.Honestly all the staff made us feel so welcome.Was even given a valentine's teddy when we were leaving... what a beautiful touch.We will definitely be back and will be ordering take outs too.Thanks for a lovely evening ❤️

I visited this restaurant for the first time, last night, after my best friend had recommended it. The staff were welcoming & most helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal & will certainly return. The only issue, for me, was the limited parking, but that is not insurmountable. Do try this restaurant - ignore the negative reviews - there is always one !!

Came in tonight the welcome was lovely and the food was too. I had the prawn purée and I have never had better and a super chicken patia. The staff were very attentive and welcoming. Will definitely be visiting again

I chose this restaurant based on positive opinions and I was very disappointed.First of all, it is very cold in the restaurant. You didn't even want to take your coat off. The tables are small and made of stone (also very cool).We ordered samosas and popadams for the starter. The popadams were tasty but the samosas were average. We've definitely had better ones.As a main course, my partner ordered Alamin's Home Style Korma and sides. The dish was tasty, but the portion size was small. I ordered Desi Roast Murghi and it was a drama. Little chicken leg that was uncooked inside. A big disappointment. The service was not with us after serving the main course. Overall, the service didn't take good care of us. We waited a long time for the bill and finally we had to go to the service to pay it. I gave my feedback to the staff and the only thing I heard was 'sorry but you should tell us sooner and your bill is £ 40.10'. Very 'nice' of them.To sum up the place doesn't have a nice and warm atmosphere, the food is overprice and the portions are small and the staff only cares about paying the bill - no matter what the quality of your dish is.I do not recommend!

Came in tonight and What can I say. Staff lovely couldn’t be more attentive and welcoming and food very good. Had the chilli lamb starter and the spicy prawns with potato straws for main. the staff couldn’t do enough for us.

Ordered a takeaway this evening after a long hard week. Amazing food, made with fresh ingredients. Tasted lovely... I would have included a picture but the other half and I dived in and ate it before getting my phone out.Thank you for your lovely food. Look forward to paying you a visit in the restaurant.

Haven't tried the place since it was Mauchak simply because of the location and I'd forgotten about it over the years but I had a menu delivered and I'm so glad I didn't throw this one away, it did not disappoint, this is now my go to Indian takeaway!Everything was tasty and cooked well and they are very generous with portions. Really hope it wasn't a lucky one off and the consistency continues as I was very happy with everything. Indian is my favourite takeaway so will definitely be a regular!
