McDonald's Telford Forge in Telford and Wrekin

Forge Retail Park service is a joke placed my order at 1.40 it now 3.15 and still not turned up aver 10 mins keeps updating with sorry for delay wr are preparing your order. How long does it take to make a burger with chips. I place my order before I had to go into work at 3 as I work in hospital. Tried to cancel could not. Called no luck with that. Last up date said 3.30 so I paid for lunch that I not going to get as I had to go to work.

Very busy, yet the people were still so lovely and friendly. Even made me a tiny pupcup when the girl saw my dog riding shotgun! A wonderful gesture as we waited for our order to be finished. Thank you so much, really helped calm her down 😀

You were only ever asked to park up previously if you had customised your order, without fail every time even when I’ve had no cats behind me, whenever I visit the drive through I’m asked to park where you end up waiting 15 minutes for your food. Fast food is favoured for its convenience and quickness. Asking us to park up is the only way they can manage how their waiting times appear to head office. No other McDonald’s does this

I think McDonalds need to remove 'Fast food' from there description. Waited 22 minutes for food and when I got home I had the wrong item in my bag. With the cost of fuel how it is now it's wasn't worth taking it back.ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE.

The staff here are friendly but my gosh the drive through waiting times at 11pm are shocking.I decided to just sit in the queue and see how long it took, it was 45 minutes until I reached the order point.Could use more staff on a weekend to help with the demand.

Waited 30 mins at Drive Thru near midnight, the right hand lane at the drive thru was considerably slower than the left side as 6 cars were let through on the one side. Then when we got our food (40 Chicken Nuggets and Chips between us) the Chicken Nuggets had been cooked TWICE the were so crispy and over cooked on the edges. Tried to call the restaurant for ages when we got home they never picked up. Never in my life will I use that McDs again.

Absolutely shocking service waited 40mins for our food on a Sunday evening! Our food had been sat under the heater for at least 20 of those minutes! All they were concerned about was the delivery drivers and making drinks! I understand they are short staffed and have new staff but at least put them in a position where they have some sort of idea what they are doing! No organisation at all!

This is how you get your wrap in here! No receipt, table dirty, slow staff and bad service! Open my wrap from the middle, the wrap with salad and cucumber went on the floor and in my other hand was the other half where it was the chicken only! Very very very bad!

Well it’s not fast food anymore we waited half an hour for our food we ordered beforehand and had it delivered to the table staff were friendly enough but they delivered diet coca not full sugar. If you’re a just eat then you get served first

Have to give maximum rating due to the quality of the staff. Friendly, helpful and pleasant.The only snag is that it's not signposted so you may need your satnav
