Nandos in Telford and Wrekin

Loved it, first time we have been, and won't be the last. Food amazing and staff great cheers

Service wasn't too bad during our visit although food was not served piping hot - only warm

Awful experience. Walked in Nandos to be told there would be between a 30/40 minute wait even though we could see 4/5 empty tables, so we walked off and came back after 15 mins hoping to be seated a bit sooner, which we were. When we were finally seated we were then told there was a reduced menu!! No medium sauce, no peri peri salt, no butter, no haloumi!! Why not just put a sign on the door saying reduced menu so people know this before they sit down!! After being told this and seeing how bad the service was going to be (the staff just seemed to be focusing on take away orders) we decided to leave the restaurant and eat elsewhere. Extremely disappointed.

Today i give you a 1 star , a certain member of staff at the till was extremely rude and his manager still defended his discriminatory attitude. This is after it took us over 45mimutes to get our food after waiting over 20minutes to be seated. Corn on cob not grilled . Bottomless was water and no fanta !Very appalling service tonight.

Useless. Waited 30 minutes for a table. Came back, seated, went to order THEN told that they don’t have any medium sauce, or half the menu… second Nando’s we drove to tonight.

Great food, great price, sauces are bit hot but I'm sure they fit for everyone's level of taste

Lovely Nandos. Brilliant service and food. Unfortunately it was so good we had eaten everything before I took a picture of it!

If your a disabled veteran how wants to eat alone this is not the place for you , staff on the door will happily seat two's on empty tables for four's even with empty tables for two available . Then tell you to wait after "Checking " which involves walking to the bar to help someone already seated and coming back in plain view all the way not very honest realy . I have had better service in the desert !.

Seated quickly, ordered via the app at the table for convenience and food was ready within 10 minutes. Very clean and tidy too. Tried the new garlic BBQ chicken breast which was delicious.

This nandos does takeaway with its own seperate sauces sachets. We opted for the takeaway, however i have eaten inside many times before. There is usually a wait whenever you visit however this isn't for long. If you get a seat near the windows there are some nice views of Telford Town lake.
