Novello Lounge in Telford and Wrekin

Took the wife to the Lounge for a late lunch I had the lounge bacon cheese burger and she had a meat free burger.Both were excellent and served hot and quickly, service was excellent and friendly. I thoroughly recommend this restaurant, I've been there many times and will continue to eat there in the future

Regular visitor but the most recent visit was really sub par. I ordered the Vegan Mexican Superbowl, but the bowl was the only thing super - the amount of food inside the bowl was almost comical relative to the size of the dish. The food was ok, but the roasted sweet potato chunks were all stuck together showing it had been reheated without so much as a stir. Good prompt and friendly service though, and our drinks were nice. My wife had a veggie breakfast, but got burned white bread instead of the brown bread she ordered. Her eggs were overdone too. Less keen to come back than we would normally be. After the mains I had a cake, ordered at the same time as the mains but I eventually had to chase it. It was very dry. To be clear, it was the kitchen that let the team down today.

Food was excellent, and the homemade moktail was fab, only draw back was table was quite sticky, would be nice to see the workers in a uniform or the same t-shirt with company name and logo on plus a lanyard so you know who works there and who doesn't .

Found a nice table by the window, ordered on the app quick and easy, drinks took no time at all, food took about 20 minutes and tasted great only problem was it was all luke warm but sill tasted nice, staff seemed pleasant and helpful, toilets were clean but had a broken toilet seat that moved around when you sat on it, but I would definitely visit again really nice place!

Visited recently for a spot of breakfast. On arrival I was initially taken about by the really dark light setting inside but after being seated for a while I became to really like it!Both staff on shift that day were friendly, welcoming and attentive. Excellent customer service and relaxed environment.The only reason I haven't given this a 5 star review is because they allowed dogs in there which as a personal preference I find unhygienic in a closed cafe environment serving food!

We go here quite often and usually find it a very comfortable place with quality food .the staff are friendly and attention to intolerance.on thus occasion I ordered the usual breakfast with my lactose intolerance said toast no butter . When our food usually arrives mine has a red flag letting me know its my intolerance plate but on this date I had no flag so asked if it was my plate and told yes it would be OK for me to eat on further inspections I found my toast was buttered this created fear in eating it so I went to ask why it was buttered I was told its OK probably vegan butter but due to being afraid of being iporrly after eating it I refused to eat they did offer to cook another plate but this one took quite a time to come out so I refused due to the time . Don't think I will trust this lounge again as fear of not cooking food to intolerance precautions its just not worth the risk .

Very good food, excellent drinks selection & great vibe to the place.Easy to order via app from table and pay for your meal via the app too.

Haven't visited in sometime. Food was a good standard, as you come to expect with the 'Lounges' often fried but not too greasy.Despite being very busy, staff found a table right away on our second attempt to gain a table. Seated us, and we ordered via the app swiftly.Drinks arrived within 5 minutes, and despite being very busy food arrived within 30 minutes.

Whenever I visit Telford, Novello Lounge is one of the places I have to visit without fail. Every single time I have visited here, it's been an wonderful experience.Both the food and drinks they serve here taste great, and all of them arrive swiftly. The interior is very unique, and the staff here are all lovely. I'd recommend anyone to check this place out.

Very attentive staff. Clean & efficient service, Cumberland sausage muffin, very tasty, well presented will be visiting again!No hesitation in recommending this establishment! Worthy of 5 stars 🌟 if not more!.
