Pizza Express in Telford and Wrekin

Pizza Express Telford, served by friendly helpful polite young man, Liam. Attentive to us on arrival and provided excellent service throughout our visit. Pizza's enjoyed as always.

Very nice food, happy with everything. Very happy and smiley service from Liam, he's an absolute asset. I could see him making conversation with every customer. Great manors too!

Lower scaled priced branch.Service was slow. It took 2 minutes to be greeted at the entrance. Tables were not cleared of starters before mains were delivered. Food was good as ever. Toilets had some mold on the ceiling so could use some attention.Generally an average experience and I would consider visiting again.

Food just arrived burnt. Dough balls had all blk bits on and polenta chips all soggy and crushed. Bruschetta was the worst burnt to crisp. How could u even let this leave restaurant in this way. Was really looking forward to it, such a disaster.

Really attentive staff. The lady with cool green hair was very good with our young children and even made me a flat white. Food was really good, served fast, faultless! Will be back!

1. Below standard service, too much faffing around and not enough listening.2. Too cold! Had to sit with my coat on and husband's coat on my lap3. Ordered two G&T's and after 3 attempts by the waitress to confirm what we wanted, she still brought us only tonic, no gin!4. Burnt pizza5. Soggy chips that disintegrated in the mouthOverall disappointed to have spent so much money on what should be a basic meal to cook!

I loved the décor of the restaurant and the atmosphere. When I went to the restaurant there was no queues or a wait to enter the restaurant. However I did turn up at around 5.30pm.The service from entry to table was very good. The ordering process - from the waitress placing the starters to the mains was perfectly timed. NO long wait for your food! Everything was as expected.The standout food for the whole night has to be the dough balls including the gluten-free versions too. We could have just feasted on the dough balls all evening and we would have been very content with that. Hands down, the best food item of the evening 😋.The only nitpicking I would make would be that I did not like that there was no salt 'n' pepper or any condiments on the table or even brought out to us. What did they expect us to eat the pizza's with. Very disappointed on that front 😭👎🏽.

Sons choice for his birthday meal and he had his first adult meal/pizza.Been plenty of times before as kids prefer it in the evening to the other well known pizza chain. If you did a buffet at lunchtime I wouldn't get my kids to eat anywhere else.Waitress was really polite and helpful, food was spot on as usual and it's located in a easily accessible part of the southwater complex to the side of Telford town centre. Ticks all the boxes.

Great restaurant for families but not only. Wheelchair and pushchair accessible, plenty of seatings inside and outside, toilets are clean and easy accessible. The staff was very kind and understanding with our kids, especially with the little one. Food was fresh and yummy. Plenty of options to pick from. Restaurant is very close to a playing area and close to hotels nearby which makes it a good locations for dinners. We enjoyed ourselves so much! Thank you!
