Subway in Telford and Wrekin

Great, friendly staff and fast service. Tidy and neat restaurant with clean toilets unlike other Subways I've visited in the past.

Waited over an hour for my food which didn’t turn up and tried to ring and no one answered the phone

A environmentally friendly fast food restaurant?!? Surely not? No it's real and it's in Telford! The subway itself boasts a large variety of sandwiches on offer as well as lots of options for snacks to make your meal deal a lot more worth it

Ordered a footlong sandwich and some hash browns and although the food is good I don’t understand how it take a full hour to just prepare it, ordered and paid at 15:40 then tells me that it should arrive at 16:20 yet they are still preparing it.

Terrible!! Staff moaning about customers loudly. Food was literally thrown together. And staff made you feel like a inconvenience for being there. Lettuce was old and discoloured. We even had some rotten pieces in our food. Really disappointed. One lady who worked there on the tills was lovely. However unfortunately the others and the food quality just awful

Pretty standard subway fare. The building is nice and cool in the summer. Because this one gets very busy at peak times the staff have figured out how to work efficiently so you're not normally waiting long

What an absolute gem of a shop couldn't fault the driver I believe leaving the shop and the young gentleman behind counter was brilliant. My 10 year old daughter is lactose. Not only.did he change hes gloves from when he made my wifes order to them he made my daughters. He even took the time to 110% check she can have the mayonnaise. Not many shops go out there way to do this. Very impressed. Food obviously is always great bit this review is more about the staff. The driver leaving to deliver an order was very friendly aswell. Easy to moan at customer services. Yet we fail to praise when good. Left feeling very happy thank you.

DO NOT order from here for delivery, they are spectactularly incompitent, giving you the wrong order, even at a basic level. Even then, the delivery is almost always 1/2 hours later than actually stated so expect stone cold food when you get it. Completely terrible. Also, the "Chicken Nachos" are probably the most basic and disgusting food I have ever ordered, so avoid at your own discretion.

Nicely laid out. Good friendly service. Wifi for working on your computer works well and hassle-free. Well worth trying, my favourite Subway to date.

The store is very environmentally friendly and it is made from recycled wood. Inside it is very spacious and clean. The staff weren't that attentive when we arrived.
