TGI Fridays in Telford and Wrekin

Food was lovely, but the only reason for the 4/5 stars was the service time. It did take a while for the food to arrive

I've been here before and it's been good but last time me and my mates went it was horrendous! Half the stuff we ordered they didn't actually have so we had to pick other things off the menu, not once, not twice but three times. Long wait for food probably about half hour and when we got it most of the food was absolutely shocking, the chicken was dry as a bone on the tacos which they tried to mask up with a liter of sauce on each of them, did mention to the staff and manager. They said sorry that they had some kitchen problems but that was it and went on with their day. Like we didn't really matter. Won't be going again.

We had very nice food and were well looked after by the staff.It's in a prime location at Southwater - lots to do nearby (shops, cinema, walks)Dont be put off by the price of the food, especially the burgers as the portions are huge.We did pay £13 for a double vodka and diet coke though which I felt was a bit steep.

Great quality food with good size portions, reasonably £££ for the area and plenty of room for a ♿️

Haven't been to TGI for a few years, sadly we had the same poor experience as our last visit.Waiting times for drink and food orders were more than 15 minutes.We were told that food servings were going to longer than usual ( even though the place was half empty.)I had sirloin steak which was supposed to be cooked medium but was served burnt, I did complain and told the waiter that I haven't got time to send this burnt dish back but there was no way I am paying £24 for this plus the fact I was hungry 😅I've visited serval TGI Fridays and can honestly say this is the worst one around.Save your money and spend it at Miller and Carter instead.

Its was a busy Bank Holiday Monday lunch time for my visit to TGI. But the service was quick, and we didn't wait long for our meals. My meal itself was nice, but very small. I paid £15 for this meal, but it was more of a portion for 12 year old. It was just one small chicken breast cut in half. I was still hungry after I left, hence a 3 star review.

Poor Service lazy staff , l wait 15 min to clean a table for me!then l wait 25 min to do my order! tooks them 40 min to serve me and after that l had to wait for food to be cooked 20 minand when l complain they say we wont serv you if you are no patients and that was how busy was that timeShame for that good place to have that staff

The food and drinks we had were beautiful. Jordan was excellent and really attentive, paid excellent attention to us and was particularly helpful with my partners allergies. Had a really nice evening with a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

The salad wasn't ready but was put on our table. Some food was missed, no dressing at all. A waiter who served the meal come a couple time asked how was the food and kept staring at us.

tasty food, but for some reason all of my mozzarella sticks were half full with cheese one end and nothing on the other end! paid 99p for some mayo and the pot wasn't even filled up, glad i paid the extra for mayo as none of the dips that were meant to come with the mozzarella sticks were included in my order!EDIT - would just like to update that the restaurant have now contacted me and refunded me the cost of the mozzarella sticks and the sauces
