The Duck at Allscott in Telford and Wrekin

We had the carvery. The food was ok but the place felt dirty. We could barely see through the large windows to the outside area. Table and the back of my chair felt sticky. Only seemed to be 1 staff member racing around doing several jobs at once so felt rushed. The lady serving the food came across as snappy and didn't seem happy at all. Won't be going again.

The food was good, however, the old lady serving the carvery was very rude and abrupt. There was no customer service and the place was very dreary. We will definitely not be returning.

Went today food was great the old lady serving the food was very rude barking orders and needs customer service training picking and choosing who had to sanitise not all u can eat as it says on the Internet will not be returning due to this was a shame as the other 3 members of staff was really friendly we spoke to

Lovely big place . Carvery very nice. Homemade puddings ace. Just needs a smoking hut.

Food was fantastic, the majority of the Staff were lovely too. The lady serving the carvery was rude and abrup, non existent customer service. I would usually chalk this up as a one off, but upon reading other reviews this isn't the case, really put a downer on the experience.

We had a Sunday carvery it was really nice. 3 meats of your choice and lots of vegetables. Just the sprouts were too hard. And what delicious puddings.

Food was really nice like everyone else has said👍 all the staff I thought were polite and friendly 👍 apart from the miserable old goat serving on the carvery, her customer service is none existant and she is abrubt and rather rude. Other than that I really enjoyed the meal

Lovely meal, quite a few options to choose from , but freshly cooked to order.

We have been to the Duck to collect one of their takeaway meals for the family. We rang earlier to place our order and were given a specific pick up time and got there early. They came out to the carpark at the arranged time. Got home to unpack the food and it was all perfectly packed and all 4 meals were still all piping hot quailty and just as good if you were eating in. Would definetly recommend there collection service until we are back to some normality.
