Wow - a place that actually serves fresh food. Nothing frozen or packet mixed. Delicious.

Great pub off the beaten track. Bit of a trek up hill from Ironbridge, but we'll worth it. Good selection of ales and prosecco for the ladies. Nice seating outside front and back. Good menu choice available.

Good beer selection, friendly welcome and nice surroundings. We didn't try the food but it looked and smelt good. Plenty of parking space at the back of the pub

Had dinner, very good ribeye stakes, chips and gorgeous sauces. Very friendly and gluten free options was a plus!

Absolutely delicious Sunday roast. I went for the smoked pork collar, and my fiancee had the lamb... Friendly staff, and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Also dog friendly which is a massive plus. An easy 5 stars 👌

Table reserved for a wedding anniversary meal for just the wife and me, we were told it would be OK and reserved for 1930, arrived 1915 to told they had a lot of people walk in for food and we were showed a side section all on our own except the company of a staff mountain bike.... thanks for that folks....Cancelled and went into Ironbridge and found a lovely table in another establishment.

Lovely pub with lots of nucks and crannies, picturesque old style cottage like with a vibrant buzz. Delicious food, was told the pheasant is locally sourced, and great ales, will definitely visit again

Quiet pub with a few rooms. Comfortable sitting area and 2 single beds. Excellent food. Standard English breakfast well cooked. Perfectly sighted to explore Ironbridge and environs.

Stopped here for lunch on way to Church Stretton. Staff are lovely as they recommended a park so we could exercise our dog before lunch. The lunch was great and even our dog had biscuits! Definitely worth a visit.

We booked this last minute and we were pleasantly surprised. The pictures on the website don’t do the place justice and the room was much more modern than we were expecting. Whilst we had two single beds, we had the benefit of an added living space which was really handy, it feels more like self accommodation than a pub with rooms, it had its own entrance which was separate from the pub. The staff and owners were great throughout our stay and Shakira is a credit to the pub, she knows her job like the back of her had and was working her butt off the night we stayed there. We had a meal on the night which was good pub grub and breakfast was great as well and tailored to what we wanted. The place is also dog friendly throughout, which made it even better for us.
