Food good when the correct order arrives - but mine was an 8" pizza & should have been 11", also told yes that's an 11" pizza by staff member until my wife pulled out her tape measure! And it was changed. Still all fine in the end . The men's toilets though what a shocker there was sh**t all over the toilets and no signing of the hourly check cleaning board for the last 3 hours..New visit much better this time

Great pub and always busy , probably due to the fact there's no where else to go and nothing else to do.Big mix of young and old, standard spoons food and good range of fair priced beers and the loo's arnt a 10 minute walk away.

Its a wetherspoons so you can guarantee a cheap meal and a drink even for the whole family.be very aware though that there are parking charges if you park at the front of it difficult to see at night and lots of people have been caught out. 50p after 6 and yet if you don't pay you get a £100fine!!!

Had fish, chips and mushy peas. Cooked to perfection. Lovely flaky fish and crispy batter. Chips were freshly cooked as they were very hot. You won't be disappointed.

Husband ordered an 11" pizza but when it arrived it seemed very small, when they brought the drinks we queries it only to be told that yes it was the 11" pizza, but I had a tape measure in my bag & showed her that is was only 8" - at this point she took it back & eventually we were given the larger pizza-- which was very nice but what a hassle! I This is the first time I've measured dinner!The ladies toilets were scruffy & the toilets not very clean.. my husband said the men's were worse with s**t all in the toilets & no signiture for three hours on the cleaning chart! These issues definitely need to be addressed. ...

Staff pretty good. Sells pizza and pasta but doesn't do pepper ? Sells breakfast and burgers but doesn't do brown sauce ? So we were told. Place dirty

Good food, even better prices, central location, clean and tidy and good atmosphere. Staff are helpful, toilets are clean and smell fresh. Lines tend to be long but there's always plenty of staff on the bar to take food and drink orders. Food comes quickly.

One of the better Wetherspoons I've been to......some you wipe your feet on the way out!!! But it did feel a bit cramped and over crowded though. The customer toilets were better than some Wetherspoon toilets but still not as clean or modern as you would like.

Came here for a meal. Reasonable prices .. £15 for two curry meals and two drinks. Came very quickly and we used the app with no issues. Meat was soft and food was hot. Would have been 5 stars however the naan had been microwaved and was rock hard in some places.

Ordered a spicy pizza to blow the cobwebs away and what I got was just a meat feast. Manager went to kitchen with the promise of extra chillies and a refire and came back with the news that there were no chillies. Sad times. She was kind enough to refund my meal however the night just got depressing from there with a hair in my wife's burger and an argument about why she brought me a bottle of BBQ sauce when it shouldn't be allowed in these covid times. Needless to say we left early and lifted our spirits with some clothes shopping in Asda. Thanks spoons for killing my night.
