First visit here today, absolutely lovely & the cakes are to die for! Staff are so friendly & welcoming, was really impressed with the value for money & over all overly atmosphere. Will be returning & urge everyone to support this small business they have had it incredibly tough during the pandemic & deserve the custom!

Had a fantastic afternoon tea yesterday at this beautiful venue. Great food, excellent service and was like taking a step back in time. Everything served on/in delicate china crockery and the home-made scones were first class. Well worth a visit. Their cheese and potato pie and jacket potatoes are things we want to try on our next visit.

Our daughters arranged for surprise delivery of afternoon tea for our 40th wedding anniversary during lockdown. Despite being on a Sunday, The Vintage Tea Room served up a wonderful selection of sandwiches, cakes and scones with delicious cream and jam. Even tea bags were included! Thank you for helping us celebrate this special occasion.

A lovely vintage dinning experience. We had afternoon tea which was really nice, with a good selection of sandwiches, cake and scones. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend.

Stunning proper Victorian style teashop. All home made cakes and the best tea and coffee in the area. Highly recommended. Their cream teas are superb. And their prices are very modest.

Genuinely "vintage" ambience, Kath Kitson table runners, fabric bunting, lace, china crockery. Lovely welcome from the staff, and lovely sandwich and cake served really quickly.The staff took the time to complete a family afternoon tea, packing up left over cakes and seeing them off with a cheery wave, and then the owner spent time chatting with other customers.Visited the cafe whilst visiting my sister due to the good reviews on Google maps and, despite having run out of scones for my cream tea (!), the food and surroundings deserve the rating.Thoroughly recommended!
