The Wickets Inn in Telford and Wrekin

Celebrated my birthday here with 22 guests, splendid afternoon, very attentive and friendly staff, food excellent, plenty of it and a good choices. Well priced, will definitely be in returning.

Excellent menu choice, great service, friendly staff

Popped in for a dinnertime drink. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Booked early bird meal for the evening. Meal was excellent. Plaice with new potatoes and salad as well as a side of vegetables. Followed by chocolate Fudge cake. Our first visit but certainly not our last! Thank you for a lovely experience.

Friendly and warming staff.. food was lovely, and large portions.. value for money.

Meal Monday night we had, we couldn't fault it. 5* service was very good. Staff lovely and friendly. Highly recommend everyone to go.

We were a group of 17, a challenge for any pub. They had the sense to begin taking orders before everyone had arrived so that food was served reasonably rapidly and as near at the same time as possible. Food was good and portions generous. There were no lite bite alternatives though. Limited desserts. Good and pleasant staff. Individual payment facilities available. Clean and presentable but unexciting interior.

Good beer. Couldn't serve food at venue, but did offer takeaway. Food and portions were amazing. Would recommend.

Decided to drop in on the way to Shrewsbury with my partner and daughter based purely on reviews on Google maps gotta say we wasn't disappointed lovely food some of the best iv tasted only downside if i was being picky is that it was boiling hot but it is all home made.. we will be going again 👍
