UPDATE!!!You will see the chain owner contact negative reviews here inviting you to get in touch with a reference number... great, you might thing - some customer service.However... You write in to the address given and quote the reference... and then.........ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!Seems the customer service team went to the same training as the restaurant staff. Funny how they say the experience did not "EXCEED" my expectations... Nope. It didn't even MEET or come close to a basic level of service...There's a cost of living crisis on. Choose where to spend your leisure £££ carefully.... there wont be any more of mine being wasted in here.ABGreat chain. But this branch is best avoided. They will forget about you, not once, not twice, but many times... And the manager will look over when made aware and continue I ignore you. Try to pay... I'll just get the card machine... Half an hour later I'm having to find someone to take my money. Not impressed, won't bother again at any price.Better options to spend your money at in Telford... Support one that deserves your spend.

The place itself is nice, with nice tables and seating. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food itself, was average. We ordered 2 steaks, which were both on the chewey side. A seabass, which was quite a small portion and a carbonara, which didn't really have much flavour. All in all we were disappointed, the decors better than the food. Just about scrapped a 3 star review.

We had a lovely meal. Decor was nice staff were attentive and friendly and the lunch menu a good deal with tasty food. It's part of a chain and i would happily eat here or in a sister restaurant again.

My husband and I took one of our nieces out for the day on Sunday and decoded to stop by Wildwood for some lunch. The service was fast and friendly, the food was delicious and the restaurant was clean and presentable. If I was to make any criticism it would be the choices on the children's menu. We all know children can be fussy with what they eat, and out niece is no exception. We had to order her a burger off the main menu because there wasn't a burger option on the children's menu. It's fine because she ate 90% of the burger from the main menu. However, if there was a burger on the children's menu she could have had it from there and then had her desert as part of the 2 course option.Overall a really good restaurant to eat at!

Absolutely amazing staff so kind hearted and amazing food. Manager I believe let me and my partner who's struggling for money have 2 courses each and our drinks on the house! If I could give them more stars I would! Thank you so much to all of you! Your lovely people!

This is my first negative review in a very long time , but after tonight's experience this place was just awful. Very slow service not interested staff 90 minutes waiting on our food and when complaining "oh it's just coming ", please have a round of drinks on us, food was just about warm, and certainly not worth the wait or price, and when the bill came they had added on the complementary drinks, I will not be returning and will be telling everyone to stay well clear .

I've been in the Telford area since October. I've been struggling to find places that serve excellent fired pizzas with unique, wholesome ingredients. My partner and I shared two artisan pizzas from Wildwood and we loved every mouthful. The staff were attentive without being overbearing. We'll be visiting again soon.

Very good food, staff were very attentive and were happy to help. I had steak and my partner had ribs and we both enjoyed the meals. Recommended and also delivery as well is good 👍

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. We only stopped in for some lunch mid shopping trip and ended up have a 2 course meal! When we arrived the restaurant only had a couple of tables of people, but within 20 minutes the place was full. This didn't cause any obvious problems for the staff though with food coming out after a reasonable wait. The food was delicious and the attentiveness of staff didn't faulter once. Would definitely recommend and will certainly be visiting again!
