Had 3 different types of cake- lemon cake, raspberry ripple cake and scone with cream- all were quite dry. This was 11am so cakes must have been there for some time. Go to Dobbies Telford regularly and the staff in the restaurant always very pleasant and helpful

Very poor - wanted coffees, waited an age to get seats, waited another age to attract the attention of a waitress to order. Told to wait and she would be back. Now sat at home having drinks as our patience ran out. How long you have to wait to get service?

Nice big garden centre with a huge restaurant. Good friendly staff and plenty of choice with a mini Sainsbury's. The farm shop is amazing and if you need to sell your whilst your there, we buy any car is there to.

Might be alright for some plants purchase, but truly terrible service at the cafe.On the day of the visit, no sandwiches, no toasties, no jacket potatoes and no scampi (scampi never in stock tbf was the same 2 months ago, don't know why they don't just cross it out on menu). Ended up ordering far more expensive hot food then followed by missing a hot drink during serving, no apologies. When food came out and when something wasn't right and pointed out to the staff, staff responded in a frustrated manner that I was in the wrong immediately no questions asked. Needless to say one of my family members was shocked and infuriated by this and we had to discuss with restaurant supervisor afterwards to explain why such behaviour was not acceptable. Will never be returning here for food for sure. Also afternoon tea printed on the menu is comical, you can't order it and has to be done online 24hrs before but they will give you a menu with pictures and prices on it. Shouldn't really be on the hand out menu.In the end we were offered a round of drinks after food but we have politely declined as the compensation should have been much better than that such as partial refund, and we didn't want to stay here any longer than necessary due to the spoilt meal. All of this just because of staff shortage and less chef in the kitchen. No temporary menu printed either. Bad management decisions and planning. Should have been serving customers drinks directly at till and taking food orders to maximise efficiency of the staffs available. No real operation management skills or risk management shown by senior leadership.

Went for a breakfast. .. not impressed...Waited 30 mins for it, by which time the pot of tea went cold. They forgot our milk. They served white toast instead of the ordered brown.Mushroom looked raw.. it wasnt but it tasted like it had been boiled in water.Waitress was not that friendly when told... really... if you dont want to work in hospitality.. you really shouldn't!!

This was fairly busy but still plenty of disabled parking available. Fortunately I was in my wheelchair as the spaces we were in were some distance from the entrance. There is a fairly wide range of products and even a Sainsbury Local in store. However, I wanted cushions for garden chairs and could only find a few scatter cushions. The restaurant has undergone a transformation since our last visit, with new seating and an at-table service, which was efficient and friendly. We used the 'free drinks' with our Dobbies' membership plus drinks and snacks for the kids. This place is wheelchair friendly, all on one level. Not as large as many Garden Centres so lacks some variety. If I wasn't in my wheelchair though, I'd still struggle to get around as there are a lack of seats for people to rest.

Good selection of plants, some a little expensive, but half price sale on when we visited, so got some bargains. Nice selection of Siku toys, and these are reasonably priced = one happy four year old!

With plenty of parking, the Centre is well laid out with a good range of plants & everything you need for the garden. The restaurant is very spacious with a selection of food to suit everyone. Sainsbury's Express shop in store which is handy.

Good range plants indoor and outdoor. Nice Cafe onsite. Other small shops within, Sainsbury Peacocks etc; staff polite and friendly, will help to carry items to your car. Loyalty scheme. Would recommend a visit.

Went for a hot drink. Specifically asked for soya milk. Have been here loads before. Waitress read back the order. Had my first mug of tea and for some reason smelled the milk. Was a million per cent dairy. My husband went and complained. Was offered no apology just that soy milk wasn't specified on 'the slip' and unfortunately didn't get a receipt to check but 3 of us heard her read back soy milk. They gave us a replacement of soy milk but I couldn't finish my tea then. Left feeling very sick and to be honest it's so lucky neither of us have a milk allergy!!
