Burger King in Walsall

Amazing burgers, lean beef and very nicely seasoned. Definitely a premium taste at a mid tier price. Welcoming and efficient service.

Burger King was okay, the seating arrangement here wasn't the best but its understandable being only a store front in a shopping centre. The freestyle machine for drinks is a huge bonus, and the service was quick and fresh.

Burger King in Walsall - Whenever I have been there, the ladies at the counter have been courteous and friendly. I have found the food is always nice too. So, all in all, a good place to eat.

Very expensive and no way to order a singular hamburger.. the staff also upgrade you to large automatically without asking, very disappointed indeed 👍

Typical Burger King. Tasty but waiting times can be long. Location within saddlers center is better than the old park street site which had become dated. Staff allways friendly.

Not much you can say about burger king that isn't already said... Twice as expensive as McDonald's, but only 1.5x the flavour?These specifically were fast and had great customer service... Good job

Very poor service. I was sold cold fries and when I pointed it out the staff member did not apologise. She walked around the back got fresh fries and just said 3 minutes. She could not give any eye contact because she knew what she had done was wrong. Her name is Charles. She needs training.

Food was hot and chips salted just right. My Texas Long burger had been pre-cooked and stored so was a bit sloppy, but still tasted good. Don't pre-cook and store your burgers people. Fresh cooked is best or you'll get bad press. Nice staff and 9/10 for the service.

Worst Burger King I've ever been to! Go back thinking it's going to get better but honestly it doesn't! The service there is appalling, always slow, the fries are cold by the time they get to you. The right ingredients are never on the burger. They almost ever have ice cream or milkshakes and when I request no tomato or pickle, guaranteed there always is! You ask to eat in and you still get your food in a bag to take out! The place needs a total refurb! Will not be eating here again until significant improvements are made!
