I really love here, it’s quiet and the staff are always kind and friendly. They’ve been helpful when we’ve wanted to host a birthday party and there’s always someone to answer the phone when we have an enquiry. The portion sizes are really good in comparison to other pubs in the area and the food is tasty. The decor is quite modern and they have quite a few cushioned seats that give it a homey feel. My friend, who is a sports fan, loves the fact that they have sky sports and live sporting events but would want more tvs lol

Comes across as very much a locals pub. Visited on a Saturday afternoon and it was very quiet.Had a pub meal from the mainly classic pub grub menu. Standard fare and nothing above or below what we expected.Down to earth lady on the bar seemed a little flustered but pleasant and friendly, got everything right with our order and payment.Pub was clean but looks tired; toilets are old school smelly with no seat on the pan in the one cubicle and no lock on the door.Green King: if this place is taking money and turning a profit then spend some money to tidy it up.Not sure what it's like on a weekend night but it's in a heavily residential area so has potential.

Had to wait for a beer to settle in three glasses before I got it. Seems a popular local community pub. No real ale.

Greater by a management member at the door, track and trace on door,entrance & hand sanitiser at the door.Staff have made the pub covid safe with table service & social distancing. Food remains excellent and great value. The staff were all very friendly.Foods and drinks are reasonable price. The entire meals was cooked to perfection!They deserve to be recognised and rewarded. Well done to Lucy and the team.

Social distancing measures were in place. However, you can make it more clear with a Big sign to indicate the way in and out so as to avoid unnecessary disruption or embarrassment. The mixed grill was nice and the pie was well worth a try.
