Domino's Pizza in Walsall

Probably the best pizza around in my opinion. Unless some Italian restaurant will start doing delivery for pizza's, I'll choose Domino's pizza. The only stuff which is a bit annoying is that corn flour from the base. Keep it up Domino's pizza 😊👍.

I first ordered from this branch and my pizza was totally wrong, I had raw toppings and my cookies were burnt. I was not able to any of the items ordered.I was then given a voucher by Rajiv from customer service, I decided again to use it for my sisters birthday. The girl who answered the phone was horrendously rude instead of saying Hello; good evening or even a general thank you for calling dominos walsall she answered the phone with what do you want. She got my order completely wrong. I had to continuously repeat myself even by using the phonetic alphabet, I was left on hold and when I said I had a voucher she asked why have I got that and where did I get it from. I said your head office. When my pizza was delivered it was again wrong; an actual thumb print was in there and it was cold. When messaging Rajiv again he basically said he couldn’t do anything I’m so disheartened as a customer, just being completely disregarded on the incidents that occurred. I would the operations manager to contact me regarding this issue. I would also like a full refund

I would like to give them 0stars my 4 pizzas was completely uncooked . When i ve been there they said it s not uncooked and if i want it crispy or well done just to specify this when i place a order. The worst thing they don't even use gloves. I will never order from domino's

Excellent food. Delivery time is excellent, food is allways hot and tastes great. Can't fault these lot yet. Been going to these lot for nearly a year. Order every few weeks. Excellent offers too.

Worst customer service and food service I have ever recieved. Pizza took over 2 hours to arrive, the store was dodging phone calls and the attitude of the staff was disgusting and obvious they didn't care. The company should be ashamed of this branch.

Don't deliver to WS2 8SRWhich is literally 8 mins away.Really stupid because the other Dominos that is nearest to me is the same. I guess they don't want my money.I've gone to papa johns instead. Thanks.

Domino's are AWFUL! Always get the order wrong. Pizza always comes cold. I was ordering from here several times a week and spending a fortune, I love pizza. One time the order came and it wasn't anywhere close to what I had ordered, 2 completely different pizzas to the ones I ordered and also different sides. I couldn't get an answer when I rang on the phone so I had to drive over there, to be told when I complained... "if you don't like it Don't order from here". So I haven't since, I order from papa johns now and I haven't looked back. Pizza is 10× better, so is the service it's always piping hot on delivery and I also get rewarded for being a loyal customer via the app. Papa John's is awesome definitely the way forward for pizza

Just phoned and ordered food which was not a problem then gave the man the address, he then replied 'oh is it a caravan site' I said yes he said 'can you pay first by card' I asked why and he says 'because you have to' . He then said sorry We can't do it then and put the phone down. The man was just being racist and wanted me to pay first just because I wanted the food to be delieverd to a caravan site. Not impressed at all you always pay when your foods delivered so I don't see he's problem. Racist man.
