I had payed for the food and delivery through Just eat online, upon delivery I was asked for extra money by the aggressive delivery driver, I gave as good as what I got and told him to" do one".. Avoid!!!...

They asked for more money on delivery when it was paid for online via Just Eat, similar to other complaints on the Just Eat app (wish I had seen them before ordering). Their delivery terms on the app is set and listed as ‘Anything over £8 is a £1.50 delivery fee’ which was included in the price on Just Eat. But when the driver showed up he demanded more money.Didn’t have cash on hand as we ordered online and paid using card and they were rude about it, not my fault they set up their Just Eat incorrectly? It seems this is a common issue if you read the other reviews on the app where they aggressively demand more money at your door… never again.

This place is absolutely amazing food staff everything I've just came back from devon all the way back I've been looking forward to a Chinese takeout and I wasn't disappointed would definitely recommend this place

I have now been sitting here for two and a half hours. Still waiting for my food. How long does it take to cook ribs and curry sauce,rice and chips? Not impressed.

Shocking costumer service and food ordered salt and pepper ribs and they came covered in a hot source. They saying its right and keep putting phone down on us. Now every place we have ever been salt and pepper ribs have always been dry

First time I ordered the food was an hour and a half late. I called them and they said they attempted to deliver my order said they was knocking on the door several time’s said they called my mobile which they didn’t. Then they claimed they thought it was a “fake” order. Finally they said they would re cook all the food and send it out within 20 mins. An hour later it finally arrives, in all fairness it was hot and the food was nice. Second time ordering today food was again late then they sent me the wrong dish. I called them up the woman on the phone was rude kept going quiet and not responding on the phone kept asking me if I couldn’t eat what they had sent. She was asking why I couldn’t eat the dish they had sent which wasn’t what I ordered. Finally she said they would send the correct dish. It came and it had leaked everywhere so I couldn’t eat it as it was all in the bottom of the plastic bag, then my friend found a hair in her prawn toast. DO NOT recommend!!

Pretty decent takeaway. Food tastes pretty good and delivery is normally quite quick. Just wish they'd use a bit better quality meat with less chewy lumps

Food tonight was really lovely , longer wait due to a lots of customers and a driver short , but apologies made , recieved and accepted . Thank you for still delivering our food we appreciate it😋👍
