Me & my family have been coming here for years but over time it has gradually got worse & The staff that work here are rude & have no customer service qualities whatsoever ever. The food quality has just gone down hill to the point that I will won’t visit this place again! Very poor quality food. Poor service. There aren’t many sweet centres within the local area so I think most people make do with this as there is not much choice. I won’t be visiting again & would rather take my business elsewhere.

Their food is good their service and attitude stinks. I was told to hurry up with my order as they were busy and then kept asking me to repeat my order as obviously not listening, then she put the phone down on me and even when I said need to collect at set time order wasn't ready and when asked if this that and the other all there when got part way to Mt radiotherapy treatment had to turn round and go back as missing bits now going to be late for my therapy.

Best samosa's, pakora and onion bhajis in my opinion and has been for the best part of 30 years that I've been using them

Lady serving at the counter is extremely rude. She seemed fed up packing the sweets we were ordering and wanted us out as soon as possible! The sweets served are of below average quality and so is the standard of packing and the packaging itself.I also found it rather pathetic that they only had 5 packs of rasmalai in stock (and they call themselves a sweet centre 🤣🤣🤣)For the first time in my life I was embarrassed to take sweets to my relatives!Unfortunately I could not find an Ambala sweet centre nearby, where you get guaranteed quality. This shop is in my opinion is only suitable for someone fresh off the boat!

Wonderful food. Wonderful service. Great prices. I have been enjoying your samosas for years.. best I've ever tasted. Now I've moved away, I still look forward to getting food from you if I visit. Last time I got samosas, spring rolls & sweets which were all lovely - they didn't last long, I ate most in the car on the way back to Devon! Will buy more next time.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
