Absolutely love Iglu desserts. They do the best freshly made Waffles and Cookie dough. And they are huge in size too.

IGLU desserts walsall was my family and kids favourite place for desserts on a weekend past couple of times our desserts have arrived late and cold when you phone the store they say we're very sorry, we will give you a discount next time. We don't want a discount, we want what we ordered and on time also while the manager of the store is not in store the staff are very rude and keep saying not our fault I'm guessing it's our fault for using them AVOID them!

A child answers the phone who is sitting at home and cant take an order correctly or even get your door number right. Apparantly she has been taking orders from home for 2 years now and its worked just great! If it worked so great then why was my order incorrect and late? GDPR is another issue as the girl on the phone was mentioning a slip she wrote the order on and the manager who was at there other store told me that they have a whatsapp group for all the employees where they send customer details of orders that were messed up by them. Good thing there calls are recorded. Maybe it would be good to play ours back at the time of an audit to get closed down! Order arrived 1 hour and 30 minutes after being placed after being told it would be with us in 45 to 60 minutes. Kids meal ordered went to the bin as they were asleep by time it arrived. Ice cream paid extra for was a flavour that was not requested and something I would never order. On the third call when I had finally had enough the child sitting at home taking orders started showing her true colours with her attitude because she could not understand my frustration. In other words her attitude was like it or lump it thats what your getting. Thanks for wasting your money to put it in the bin. I was better off going to heavenly desserts, at least they have manners and customer service skills. I definitely would not recommend this place!

Fantastic place! Offer vegan and vegetarian items. The cookie dough is now eggless and is awesome!!

Iglu has always been my go to for desserts, however the last 2 times have been incredibly poor. Today the order showed as being prepared for more than an hour. When I phoned, they said this was because they were waiting for an Uber driver to collect it and there was nothing they could do about it. I asked if it just gets cancelled at some point if an Uber driver doesn’t come and collect it. The staff member said no. I asked if they would then just leave it on the side all evening if no one came to collect it and she said “well it’s under a heat lamp”. Strangely, within a minute of hanging up it showed that an Uber driver was there collecting it. The Uber driver then showed as being in store collecting it for 15 minutes. I phoned again and was told the Uber driver had already left with it. That never updated. Iglu couldn’t have cared less. Once they have your money, they don’t care whether you actually get the dessert or not and just blame it all on Uber.

Amazing desserts and very friendly staff to go with it.Definitely recommend a treat here.Fair prices too.
