Jade Garden in Walsall

I’m sorry but I ordered food from this place and i ordered some egg fried rice and it was not yet cooked the rice was hard and a Spanish omelet and it was mouldy it was vileDO NOT I MEAN DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE IM SURE I GOT FOOD POISING

Ordered beef chow mein and battered chicken balls. Can honestly say, was the worst Chinese takeaway I've ever had. I'm no fussy eater and can stomach most things but this was was awful and went straight in the bin. Battered chicken balls were dripping in grease, and chow mein was clearly not freshly cooked.

Absolutely disappointed with jade garden always loved the food from there but today I made my order the man on the phone said it would be half hour to 45 minutes I thought great. An hour passed still not good. So I called tk be told it was going to be a further 30 minutes. I said it wasn't good enough and the man on the phone went silent. So after a while I said are you going to tell me why my food isn't here... His answer. I don't know. Food finally arrived 45 minutes later cold. I won't be using here from now on and I feel others should avoid too!!!

Their food is very nice. They are not the cheapest Chinese takeaway locally, but they are good. You do get large portions in a lot of the dishes. I love their crispy wontons in sweet and sour sauce. Also their fried rice or chow mein is good too. Well worth ordering from.

Had salt chilli chicken tonight ! Need to say it was not fresh ! Rock hard chicken inside batter and obviously warmed back up from previous evening ! Had spring rolls once too for my vegetarian partner and duck came instead ? Need too take note jade garden as I order every week and if I call I’m not after a refund just a good meal unfortunately 🙄

Ordered a mushroom curry with fried and upon opening my container saw it had meat and mushrooms don’t eat meat so had to take that out and rang to ask to confirm what I ordered he said my order which was mushroom curry but I told him it was wrong he seemed to not really care and said would I like them to send another I said no as was eating with family members so not fair for there’s to go cold. Told him I ain’t going back again didn’t seem to care. Only been using this place for best part of 16years so disgusted!!!

Have always been a loyal and frequent user of Jade Garden but unfortunately this will no longer be the case. On numerous occasions we have received our food to find items missing. This happens with the chicken balls, which should have 10 in a bag, which we receive open with only 9 left. This happens every time there is one particular driver working. We complained only to be met with threats by said delivery driver and no offer of a refund or acknowledgement from the shop. Horrible customer service and I’m not prepared to eat food that someone has had their grubby hands all over.

Was my favourite take away of all time! Order 3-4 times a week. But the quality has gone seriously down hill. My dad refuses to order from here! I i literally order myself because the extra hot curry sauce is bang on, whilst my dad orders from wood house. But was absolutely disgusted tonight. Sounds silly but it really annoyed me. I always order special curry extra hot and no beef is included in this dish. So I decided to order the mixed meat curry. &there was no pork?! No beef in the special and no pork in the mixed meat?!

I have been using jade garden for a while and it has recently got worse and worse in terms of service and quality. Tonight I ordered a meal for 4 and although it was delivery very quickly, it was cold and tasted like it had been reheated and then left on the side to go cold. I rang and spoke to the lady and she said 'well what do you want me to do?' in a very arrogant way. Initilly I said I didn't want a refund but was just giving them feedback as I order every week and was disappointed.She said she wanted the food back and would give a refund and did not apologise once. She was talking to me as though I was lying and was the rudest person I think I've ever spoken to.I told her the meals had already been put on plates and had been partially eaten, which is how we found out the food was cold? So wasn't prepared to put the food back into containers. She said 'well that's your fault then'. So I told her we would never order from there again. She just said, right, fine and put the phone down. 10/10 for customer service. Well done 👏🏽

Appalling food quality. Had once, never again~Singapore mixed meat noodles - the only good dish. The heat was perfect but such a small portion of meat.~sweet and sour chicken balls - so over cooked and greasy, had the texture of pork~hot and sour soup - correctly heated but again such a small amount of meatSalt and pepper crispy chicken - not crispy, more oily and soft. NO heat at all!!!
