K2 in Walsall

The food was so oily my friend threw up and we ordered one small fries and they gave us five. They didn't hear our order properly and the food was wasted because they were too much in a rush. Very bad experience.

Today I had a takeaway from this shop pizza and lamb chop that taste was horrible and food was cold spicaly pizza too cold can not eat

Arrogant staff dirty staff with attitude, walked in to order food was ignored by staff for 15-20 mins.As I waited I watched the bloke cooking chicken & meat who was profusely sweating and picking his nose constantly coughing on food and not even covering his mouth or washing his hands right in front of people's food.After watching them for a while I walked straight out disgusted, I just wonder why the walsall health department hasn't shut them down yet.

Seemingly I paid £15 for a grilled fish platter!!as the 2nd dish I ordered I could not eat at all. Jalapeños are a personal choice, but when it is not mentioned on the menu at all... and the staff decide to smother the fish in it along with what's supposed to be crispy salad, all wrapped up and sweating nicely in foil?? Hello! Needless to say it was a 'hot' mess.I guess I wouldn't have written this review if when I called they kindly offered a replacement, but no "That's how it comes, sorry about that!" and hung up the phone before I could ask for it. Hence £15 for the platter, which was actually pretty decent!Oh well, let's see what's in the fridge :)

Salad and sauce isn’t the biggest issue but when you’re placing a big order salad and sauce does help. On the menu it clearly states salad and sauce is included with all the dishes we ordered but once I called up the staff tell me firstly salad and sauce doesn’t come with the food. The second time I rang after seeing on the menu it should, some other smart guy tells me the sauce is inside the food i.e. the flavour and the onion included with the kebab is the salad. Who on Gods earth eats a purely onion salad? Stinking attitude, average food

Ordered Special Chicken Grill Marinated in Sauce with 2 naans. It said on website it's for £6.99 but in store they charged me £8. They should update their prices online.The marinated sauce was all cheap standart chilli sauce. The platter itself is sufficient for 3 people. However, the taste wasn't good. It was just standard chicken Donner, lamb donner with lots of tomatoe sauce, chilli sauce and jalapenos.Not a good experience on this occasion.

The food was appalling, it was smelly the chicken was burned and dry in parts and some parts were raw, the order was partially incorrect, theservice was not great either, when calling the restaurant I explained what has happened and they offered no great resolution. Did not want to refund just to send new food which was not an option since the food was awful. Had to contact JustEat and have an investigation to get a refund. I have pictures to prove the lack of quality of the food. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Ordered food from here at 7.45. I collected the food for around 8.15. As I got home I realised the food was totally wrong. I called the shop and stated that they've given me the wrong order, they told me they'd send out another pizza within 30 mins. I waited for two hours and called them three times. Each time I called they said it was out on delivery. It got to a point where they took the P**s. So my someone else called on my behalf. It was still not put for delivery and we had to collect the order. Such time wasters.

Right where do I begin, I’m not one to leave negative reviews but sometimes it just has to be done. Incorrect order was given out to me, trying to sort out the issue and they took the absolute p*ss, was shown attitude by the staff and after enduring all of that and waiting over 1.5 hours for the issue to be rectified I gave up. Honestly one of the worst places I have been to in my life and would give it 0 stars if it was possible.

My husband and I ordered a mixed grill to share. The "salad" was dry and underwhelming. Portion size wasn't great value for money; however considering how disappointing the flavour of the food was, perhaps the tiny portion was a blessing. Will not be going back for sure.
