Kfc leamore in Walsall

Drive through experience. Lady taking orders was lovely and very helpful, that star I have given is for her. After quite a wait for the food (even though there was 1 in front and 1 behind us and that was all) the young man handing the food over clearly didn't want to be there. No communication, no manners, no nothing. Just a straight face. Bad day I guess. Get home and the food is mostly cold, gravy popped open and dripping everywhere and food missing from the box meals. All in all I wouldnt bother going again. However, theyre still marginally better than the one in walsall wood -.-

I rarely go to,this branch as its always messy, untidy and unruly with school kids.Outside we clambered over bicycles abandon on the ground at the entrance door.Walked in to find brown Condiment packages all over the floor, clearly the teenagers who were chasing around the diner had thrown them.One person serving, waiting in the queue, the school kids were rushing past us playing chases, nearly knocking us over.Then a guy came back with chicken poppers explaining they had a horrible smell so the manager was called. Meanwhile customer in front need items changed on her order which required the manager so,that took more time.Just a bad timing visit before 5pm staff came on. But this location is always chaotic like this.

Having to fight to have a penalty charge notice for staying 12 minutes over the allowed hour having waited half of that in a drive thru queue then stupidly eating on their car park only to get a PCN for £60 which was upped to £100 as I disputed it only for approx 5 weeks later them cancelling the PCN, communication was/is beyond poor, taking 3-4 days for a reply, just an awful and stressful experience

The quality of food preparation and cooking at the Bloxwich KFC is one of the worse i have experienced. This opinion is based on multiple visits so i can gain an accurate view. Staff training doesn't seem to be a high priority judging by how food is prepared and presented. And the oh so familiar missing items also doesn't escape the Bloxwich branch either. KFC used to be a lovely treat for the family many years ago. Nowadays the many KFCs that pop up are just run by people just giving it a go . No care, no real training. If only the Colonel could see what has become of his once great creation.

I order at drive through family feast with 10pcs, recive 6. Its not first time i was scamed by this branch. They are the worst scamers in West Midlands. Be careful check your orders. I do not recomend this place.

Bit slow in the drive thur to actually make an order...but received food quickly and was very nice..

App said food was delivered. It was not. Either delivery driver took it or it was delivered to wrong address.Rang KFC. Very apologetic. Said that our order could not be delivered again because we ordered via the app. If we collected ourselves, we could have our order replaced for no charge. They would even throw in some freebies.Arrived at KFC to find our order ready for us to collect. It was not until we got home that we realised that yes, there was some xtra chicken pieces. However, the chicken burger tower meal was missing.If you fancy KFC for dinner. Go collect it and check it before you drive home.!!!!!

Probably the best KFC I’ve had in years!! Perfectly assembled burger, just the right amount of crispness on the wings and nice and hot food for once compared to Junction 10 kfc and Junction 9 keyway kfc. Found my new spot - well done 👏🏽

Ordered on app and still had to wait 20 mins after arriving! Whole point of ordering on app is to save time! Had the smallest piece of chicken that looked like a hot wing and 5 pieces of popcorn in my small portion!Chips was oily and horrible! Go to J10 5 mins drive away instead which isn’t a franchise trying to penny pinch!

Such a shame. Was ready to give this KFC 5 stars but as I was eating my chicken, I come across what appeared to be blue tissue inside. I'm not sure how this kind of stuff happens but they must carry out more quality checks as standard of food should be of utmost importance. Service was rapid and staff seemed pretty friendly via drive thru.
