After the awful food from the hotel across the road from this KFC. I was again disappointed in the quality of food. I had got a zinger burger meal with cheese. Now it was barely warm the cheese looked like it was turning white and the chicken was just tastless. Sloppy preparation and just plain lazy. Also the "coke" tasted like orange juice. Threw away the whole meal. Embarrassing for Walsall

This used to be my favourite KFC but in the last month or so, new staff have brought this down to a horrid experience. I will now be changing takeaway. Get rid of this staff if you want the customers back.- They can’t take orders properly- They don’t listen to the customer’s dietary requirements- They don’t communicate with each other so everything goes wrong- Food is served with an attitude (one worker was aggressive with my mother)- Cleanliness is a huge issue - inside everything is dirty- The staff do not care and have been seen simply messing about.This staff has completely ruined the KFC J10 from being a really nice family meal to being an unclean, unhygienic mess.I’ll probably have to get the inspectors involved at this rate from what I have seen from the last month alone.

Went home to find out, hot wings were not in the bag, the last time it was the fries. The staff definitely don’t check the orders properly. They even let us wait for 15 minutes but the service is still poor. I didn’t get what I paid for. 👎🏼

This place is alright, often quiet so don't need to deal with the rush of too many people, but often get the temperature in the restaurant, usually abit too cold, to enjoy a nice.meal in there.

Experience was horrible. Was kept waiting for a longer period. Used the automated service machine, got debited and did not print a receipt. I got to the till only to be told they couldn't find my order in their queue. Complained about my debit and they told me to wait few days to see if it will auto-reverse (which I never got ÂŁ17.99 back till now). Service was generally poor.

I placed an order online for 10hot wings, 1 extra fries and 1 sweet chilli. Unfortunately my order came back to be 10 hot wings, 2 sweet chilli with no extra fries which I paid for. Called the customer care service and I was told, I had to come down to their store for a refund. This was very annoying as I didn’t get to eat what I wanted at that hour and spending extra for their own mistake. This is purely wickedness.

We loved out visit here, the lady on the counter was very helpful and showed us what to order and what was the best value. Food arrived fast and we really enjoyed it, just a short stroll down from the Holiday Inn Express were we were staying.

Waited for 10 minutes in the drive through not moving as there was no one answering the ordering machine outsideWas no actual chicken just chicken strips so iOrdered a wrap meal and a burger meal wasn't told anything would be missing while I was being served the person talking to me swapped halfway through mid sentence so this has also probably caused issues.I waited 10 minutes at the window then asked to park upWaited 5 more minutes for food to get to meNot fast food at all25 minutes from start to finish (wasn't a long line in drive through either and carpark was empty just poor service)After recieving my 2 large meals the issues continuedI checked my burger as I always do due to not liking sauces to find it in a wrap not a bun.I went inside to ask about this and by this time was quite annoyed I asked about it to be told that there was no buns to which I did get quite angry and was probably a bit too rude to the member of staff the only redeeming part of this encounter was the person I spoke too was calm polite and apologetic stating that I should of been informed and if I was able to eat the product and had no dietary restrictions for the person the meal was for however if I was Informed earlier i would of ordered somthing else I think this lack of information was due to two separate people taking my order at the same time.When I got home I noticed more wrongthe burger was in a wrap( as above)The side I ordered was missingI had 2 regular size fries that weren't even fullThe food was coldThe drinks were half filled(poured into each other and had a mouthful left in one cup and a full cup the other)Normally this place isn't too bad bar the odd issue that would be understandable the volume it receives but this was so bad I'm looking for other options going forward.

Stopped off on the way to Lancashire for something to eat. From the Outside the restaurant looked new, and welcoming. On the inside that all went downhill - on entering we were greeted with a spilled drink and staff yelling order numbers/items to people within the restaurant. There was no Social Distancing whatsoever, people all huddled around the counter/collection points. The restaurant area was filthy and in need of a good clean. For the 20 minutes we were in there nobody was visible cleaning tables and on exiting the drink was still covering the floor. Filthy!.

Food is as KFC advertise. But lately the service has been shocking! Wrong orders, huge queues with staff seem to be panicking like headless chicken ( pardon the pun ) and a message to the owner / manager you really need to retrain your staff as it must be losing loads of money every week. Today I had a tower meal and was given in the bag 21 salt packets! 21?!! Really there Is Enuf salt in the kfc chicken as it is!
