McDonald's in Walsall

This is one of the smaller McDonald's in Walsall it does get busy but your not waiting to long for food .the is seating upstairs .food like any other McDonald's. The only down side to this place are the toilets are upstairs .there is a disabled toilet down and it has a wheelchair access.

Now don't get me wrong I'm not expecting a Michelin star restaurant precise cut toasted muffin but when there was about 5 people in there of a Monday morning would it really of killed you to perhaps of spent that little more care to cut a muffin in half so not to burn it??? Even my sausage and egg muffin looked as if it had been slam dunked into the bag! It did all taste good, once I broke off the burnt bit and scooped my other muffin together but not a particularly great service when there was more staff than customers.

Finally found a Mcdonalds that does it right. I've tried them a few times now and they really do provide hot fresh food. it seems like the Park St branch is run very professionally they seem to have high standards and dont just throw lukewarm food out but actually prepare the Mcdonalds like how it should, in my experience anyway others I'm sure will differ but for me it's one of the better branches in Walsall you actually get hot fresh food.Update 16th May 2022Once again visited this branch today and again I give it 5 stars. These guys are consistent, everytime I've been here I've been impressed with the quality of food I've recieved always fresh always hot a perfect example of how a Mcdonalds should be, they have never let me down yet. Management have really got the Park Street location running perfectly. If only all Mcdonalds were as good as these guys. Ordered breakfast 10.55 am only 5 mins before breakfast menu ends and my food tasted so fresh that I can't compliment them enough, really well done people keep doing what your doing 10 out of 10.

The experience was OK. Food order was taken from sms that was sent to me. 1 thing wrong is grey cardboard trays for drinks are not stable and risk losing or spilling drinks even with lids on

Busy. Staff were lovely all round. Decor is much be desired!

I have a little hint for everyone unsung this place. This place is fine and a pleasure to eat in and order from in the week but I’d hesitate to eat here on a weekend ( especially a Saturday) obviously Saturday is going to be a very busy day as it’s flooded with people in and out. There are however plenty of staff who just don’t seem bothered, are rude and don’t seem to get orders correct. A few times I’ve seen senior manager sorting orders and serving people because the normal staff just aren’t capable. It’s not like the place is understaffed. All I ordered this time around was a garlic chicken wrap with no tomato.. “no tomato” clearly written on the packaging until you bite into it and wham, tomato! Who’s dumb enough to actually hand write “no tomato” and then put tomato in it!? Come on!!

Service is appalling! My delivery is over 1 hour late and I am currently trying to ring the restaurant and they are ignoring the phone. Never again will I be ordering from McDonald’s park street in Walsall or just eat as this is an on going matter with appalling service.

Okay so me and my friends were going to get a quick breakfast snack and we had cheese and bacon flatbread, later we felt very queezy, we both threw up and fell very ill, it turns out we got food poisoning. 💔💔😢😢😢😰😰😰😱😱😱😭😭😭🤢🤢🤢🙄🙄🙄😒😒😒

A place we will not visit again, rude girl on the counter. Giving my wife a lot of unwarranted verbal abuse. Lots of young people upstairs with no food or drinks, swearing and throwing things. Had my grandson with me and felt intimidated. We ate and got out as quick as we could.

The entire upstairs seating area absolutely stinks of the mens toilets, its really unpleasant, you wouldn't dream of eating up there. Not just a one off either, its an ongoing problem.
