Spent 40 minutes waiting to pay wasn’t too busy and then it was another 15 minute to get my foood and it was cold

The worst McDonald's ever. Waiting 40min for delivery. And after this Waiting my delivery was cancelled. The worst worst. Hope they close down. They Don't deserve to work.

Mentions drive though but it’s in a main shopping area in a town centre, no drive through available m. Staff are friendly

Okay so me and my friends were going to get a quick breakfast snack and we had cheese and bacon flatbread, later we felt very queezy, we both threw up and fell very ill, it turns out we got food poisoning. 💔💔😢😢😢😰😰😰😱😱😱😭😭😭🤢🤢🤢🙄🙄🙄😒😒😒

Finally found a Mcdonalds that does it right. I've tried them a few times now and they really do provide hot fresh food. it seems like the Park St branch is run very professionally they seem to have high standards and dont just throw lukewarm food out but actually prepare the Mcdonalds like how it should, in my experience anyway others I'm sure will differ but for me it's one of the better branches in Walsall you actually get hot fresh food.

I paid for a whole meal but was kicked out for no reason the security guard was threatening to call the police on me and my friends for no reason do not pay attention to these fake reviews I am absolutely disgusted in the poor customer service STAY CLEAR Of THIS MCDONALDS‼️Go to rushall instead

The entire upstairs seating area absolutely stinks of the mens toilets, its really unpleasant, you wouldn't dream of eating up there. Not just a one off either, its an ongoing problem.

Had sausage and egg muffin and hash browns all tasty and hot so was the latte, the place was a lot cleaner than it use to be, ,👍

A place we will not visit again, rude girl on the counter. Giving my wife a lot of unwarranted verbal abuse. Lots of young people upstairs with no food or drinks, swearing and throwing things. Had my grandson with me and felt intimidated. We ate and got out as quick as we could.

Ordered through the self service, selected eat in. Wasn't sure how it worked now so asked a member of staff and they said to sit down and food would come to us. Waited 30 minutes and no sign.Go and ask where our food is and apparently they called it ages ago and then two member of staff start moaning about us not being there to collect the food. Then when the order came out, it was incorrect.Plenty of staff, but still the service is just terrible, and the fact that two member of front staff then openly complained about me not being there despite what I was told, in front of me no less, is just rediculous.
