Stay away for your own health I'm shocked they are allowed to run this place stale undercooked food chips were dry and squishy chicken was burnt and dry and had different colours on the meat took 10-15 minutes to serve food that looked as if it had been there for days and as for the staff could not speak a word of english and didnt know what curry sauce was will never be using this place again !!!!!!!!

Painfully slow service. Staff have more important thing to do than serving customers. Leaving me standing for 10 minutes. Need additional time to cook chips. Staff seem new and unexpected each time I visit, with no improvement. Former management had better service time.No complaints about the quality of food.

Omg this shop is disgusting i had throw the food in the bin because it smelling really bad. Very dirty shop unhygienic will be reporting to trading standards. And then they have cheap cash in hand workers from india student girls who can even speak english and they have really bad attitude. Please do not go tobthis shop

Shockingly bad service. Had a menu delivered through the door and thought we should try it. Regret that decision. Undercooked food. Stale and old food. No idea how this place is running. Phoned them to complain, this lady picks up and can barely speak English. Do not waste your money here.

I will never step foot in this shop again it used to be so nice when they guy's worked in there since these new owners have taken over which they didn't even inform there customer's aboutThe service is terrible them young girls who keep changing don't have a clue about working in a fish and chips shop

Ordered food there at exactly 12:18 and they said estimated time 13:00 which seems reasonable, however, it didn't arrive near 13:00, in fact, my food didn't even arrive. Tried to call the restaurant multiple times, the delivery service that I used also called the restaurant multiple times and there was no answer. Absolutely ridiculous, never go here, absolutely terrible customer service. You're honestly better off going to a place that doesn't serve food for some food.

Best advice for anybody thinking to use this shop - DO NOT EAT FROM HERE! Way too overpriced, tasteless and disgusting, days old food. Unqualified staff and also do not possess any mathematic skills.Awful quality of service. Took 30 minutes to cook just chips as the members of staff were new and unsupervised and did not know how to use the fryer, nor the prices. After 30 minutes they proceeded to charge me £3 each for large trays of chips (£2.50 a handful of days ago) that we're a quarter full - not even £1 worth in each. Had to go back to the shop to sort this out, wasting even more of my time. Definitely never eating from here again as all the food is disgusting, hence us only ever purchasing chips which even then are less than mediocre. I am unfortunate enough for this to be my most local takeaway.Food was not bad when the past owners ran the place, now it has gone well and truly down the drain since these women are running it and the prices are what you'd expect from a chip shop from Birmingham city centre, not a run down, dirty and outdated shop in Walsall opposite a Tesco store. Wasn't worth the money before increasing the prices further, now definitely not worth it. Chips were also swimming in oil seems as the unqualified staff had absolutely no idea what they were doing. Hour of my day wasted on what should've been a 5 minute thing of buying a few trays of chips. Avoid this place at all costs, save your money and go elsewhere.

If your looking for a good local chippy... this is not it, ordered doner meat burger a chips and it cost £5.50!! The burger its self was below mediocre, the meat was chewy and oily, it had way too much of it and bread taste like it was old, then we move onto the chips they rough and mushy in a bad way, it was way too oily also and the salt and vinegar was non existent. Dont buy here if you want a good chippy

two days ago was the first time we came to that excellent restaurant. But It is obviously not the last. We passed a splendid evening with the generous service, with the excellent food and fine drinks and with the decent charge. We will no doubt go back there again.
