Orange Chippy in Walsall

The flavour was good but the chips still had a bit of crunch inside them. I don't mind the batter having a crunch but the inside should be soft. Felt a bit undercooked with some. I think I hit at a busy time though.

Great tasting food of great quality. Good portion size for prices. Great customer service and a very clean and well kept chippy. I’ve had better orange chips but these were still very tasty. Only 4* as they don’t offer card payment service. Cash only.

Get a takeaway from here almost every Friday, the massala fish is 10/10. More options on the menu than most chippies.Update: Food quality has gone down a bit recently. Had a kebab and the meat was really dry. I noticed you get less portion wise for the same price as well but I suppose that's how thing are right now.

ZERO STARS (only 1 because I had to to place a comment). Order from here regularly, haven't for a while but tonight they sent the wrong pizza...and on top of that, I had an extra helping of HAIR! I found 2 HAIRS on my pizza! Absolutely disgusting. When ringing to place a complaint, I was greeted by horrible customer service with a very bad attitude. Will not be ordering from here again!

Disgusting food having come from the black country I can tell you for free these battered chips are disgusting their masala fish used to be good but the customer service here stinks. They send dry food inedible and not fit for the dog to eat. I shall never be ordering from them again place looks like a shed too cant see it being very clean. Dont expect any salad or sauce on your kebabs either or a phone call to check. Disgusting behaviour and poor customer service

Ordered food at 9.20 we ordered orange chips with fresh nan bread salad with little tub of chilli sauce n lots of mayo we got plain chips cold.no Mayo lots off chilli sauce all over food also fish orange chips with curry sauce on top they brought plain chips with mushy peas food was cold took 50 minutes to come phoned the shop and they wouldn't answer I swear it's a good job I didn't walk up their else I would of kicked off. So disappointed since taking over its gone down hill 😡😡
