this is the first time trying a papa johns pizza and i will NEVER buy one again. 1st of all they took 30min to deliver my food from the time the app showed they left, so when the driver arrived i asked him if he got lost to which he replied ‘no i had 3 other addresses to deliver to’ i said to him my pizza better not be cold! which obviously it was because it was even in a heat bag, but he was friendly however my pizza and the bacon and cheese sticks had hardly any toppings. i’m not joking ive had more toppings on a frozen pizza, domino’s and pizza hut is the only pizza establishment i will ever use

Accidentally orderded my pizza's for collection when I wanted delivery. They were kind enough to deliver it, and it still arrived hot.Thanks very much. The quality here is great, we order every other week. Fresh toppings, good quality bases, and good customer service.

My son and I enjoyed our pizza last night. And the delivery guy was lovely and pleasant. Thank you 😁

We order from here on a regular basis and the food is always delivered a little later by 10 mins which is never a problem. However last night, disappointed was not the word.Food ordered for 7.30pm. Come 8pm me and my partner were on the phone to the store on hold until 8.25pm until the pizza was delivered (phone was not answered in this time)My partner asked the driver why it was so late, who stated they were busy and missing a driver. A phonecall to update us of the late order would of been appreciated .The pizza as suspected and garlic bread were cold and extremely soggy from being left for god knows how long, and the pizza was also smashed up inside the box and had to be microwaved. No way were we going to ring back to get a replacement when noone picks up the phone, and had already waited 55 mins longer than the delivery time we ordered for.Surely as a store, if you have made a food to order and cannot deliver it for a specific time, then at least make a fresh one so that its not cold when delivered!! Its basic common sense really.Not good enough and none existent customer service. Sort it out!!

Papa John's is a franchise that needs the recognition it deserves, the side are delicious and the pizzas divine, ever slice tasted as good as the first one. I would recommend to anybody who is looking for a tasty pizza.

Different problem 3 weeks in a row:Barely any toppingsSuper large toppings barely cut like the guy preparing can't be bothered'Large' pizza barely the size of a medium pizza (only replaced 1 pizza when we complained).I highly recommend Papa Johns overall, just not these guys who struggle with making the pizza and suck at customer service - both store staff and delivery driver smug and rude. The slogan 'love your pizza or we'll deliver you another one, absolutely free' on the front of every box is definitely not applicable here, it's more 'love your pizza and there's a 50/50 chance we'll deliver you one, but it'll cost you a fair amount of grief'.
