Pearl Fish Bar in Walsall

Went to this place on Wednesday as it was the only chip shop open all the others closed at 10pm and 11pm this was the last chip shop open ordered two regular fish and a large chips and one chicken on its own. Chips very undercooked, the fish cooked ok, chicken wasn't great tasted dry. The service wasn't very polite. Also felt like the customers ordering/eating at tables kept looking at the female I was with in a disgusting perverse way. Very disappointed 😞

Nice food clean kitchen pricey but good overall

Terrible. Spent £40 and they messed up my order. Gave me regulars instead of larges, didn't give the correct/hardly any sauces. No cheese in 4 of the 5 burgers I have ordered. Horrible. They did do well for the mix chicken and donar but everything else ; fish, chips and burgers, highly do not recommend.

The best chicken and chips in Walsall I go every week but one of the guys who was serving me was a bit rude he asked me is that it? In a scastic way twice then made a face when I went to just order for myself and obviously not my whole family so yes obviously small meal and then he doesn't even put it In a bag just gives me the bag what the hell was that was in the queue for 20 minutes also just finshed work then to get that attitude and bad service really annoyed me.

I have been a regular here for few years and they have been ok in general, a little over priced but ok.. Around 3 times in the past month/two me n mrs have had to throw away our fish n chips because they have not given it to us fresh..i only order over the phone, so the fact they say "oh its gona b 15/20 mins" like dogs that they are would suggest to any normal person that you are going to get fresh food! But no not with this place... i pulled them over quietly a few times to the side and said they done me wrong few times an no apology, so ive got rid of them... simple as.. if you want to get treated like dirt...go to pearl fish bar. Absolutely disgusted with them no respect at all.

Can’t complain about the food since it speaks for itself. The staff are somewhat disinterested and the quality of service isn’t there anymore. I’ll recommend the food for sure, cheeseburgers, donner burger and the chips are really tasty and cooked well.

Absolutely lovelyI geniunly think that this is the best chippy in Walsall. However there is a caveat. Although the food is lovely, I have 1 complaint and that is that they have increased price way too much!Overall, the food here is great and if you'd like a quick meal this is the place to go.

Not a regular visitor here, very clean eniviroment the only let down is their consistancy, donner tasted like rubber, pizza did not meet my expectations was missing flavour, on the upside chips were lovely.

Good quality food but slightly on the expensive side.currently under major re-furb and takeaway has been closed for over a month, hoping this popular joint opens again end of June 2017.
