Piri Fino in Walsall

Worst place to eat with worse staff. I rang the restaurant and placed a big order for me and some guests that come round to visit, via just eat. I rang the restaurant to double check if they had everything what I was about to order and the lady who sounded like she wasn’t bothered said they do not have any packaging for sauces and packing for the food I asked if I could have the sole sauce over the chips again she refused and said no. so silly how can they run a restaurant if they do not have the correct packaging to deliverI still ordered and gave them benefit of doubt. 30mins into waiting for my food they cancelled my order on just eats after accepting the order and being told it’s getting packed and the worse part they didn’t give a reason as to why the order was cancelled I tried to call the restaurant several times and they did not answer. Save your money do not go to this restaurant the one in Sutton Coldfield is better with better food is hot and service is better.

Really good place to eat. Foods is of a great standard. The reception is really good and unique.

Lovely staff and I loved the food!Had a view of the geese was very nice!I had gotten a taste pot, ate it all and left nothing on the plate that is how good it was! (Context: I am a very picky eater!)100% will go back there again/order from deliveroo!

Excellent selection of soft drinks, cocktails, wine and beer.There are plenty of vegetarian options including halloumi pitta.The chicken is really nice and you can choose how hot you have the peri peri.There are lots of sides and different combinations you can try e.g. Adding extra wings, peri salted fries, coleslaw etc.The place has a family friendly atmosphere.The toilets were clean.Staff are friendly and service is very fast.Will definitely go here again.

Missing a side, the wrong side delivered. Maybe next time you put the quality seal on an order you actually check that it is correct. Thanks Uber Eats for refunding us half the cost.

I visited this place on 24/03/2022.At first me and my wife walked past a worker who was smoking near the entrance of the restaurant (which I didn’t mind as everyone needs a break). However, we stood inside of the restaurant waiting to be seated but even after making eye contact several times with couple of staff members we were ignored. Then the staff who was on her smoking break simply walk past us not saying a single thing and starts serving drinks behind the bar. After waiting 10 minutes I decided to I got frustrated after that and simply decided to seat my self down only then one of the waiters came to our service not to mention the restaurant is not busy at all.The food I ordered was a fino pita with peri chips and my wife ordered taste pot with pasta as well as mash potato. Going back to the service I had remind the waiter to bring my tap water three times. The food was okay, but it is way below par compared to the other branches and then I realised my chicken was pink. At this moment I have had enough and asked for the bill and wanted to leave immediately.It’s a shame because all the other branches have excellent service and outstanding tasting food but this Walsall branch seems to be the complete opposite. I would have understood if the restaurant was mega busy but there was like 3-5 tables max. I won’t be ordering any food from this branch again but will go to the Sutton Coldfield branch.

*STORY TIME*I was so impressed with the variety, value and service when I went for a meal with cousins in January that we decided to book a table in March. (13th) TOMORROWIt was my birthday meal planned, affordable for my guests, cocktails and family dinner as it was also a 20year family reunion BOOKED 2 WHOLE MONTHS AGO.The manager called me this evening spoke with an unhelpful tone requesting a deposit, I asked why did I not get a call in the week or a month ago to arrange this, the manager said if we even did the booking on smaller numbers could not be done as it would be my booking and even said if we walk in we would be turned away.This personally felt unreasonable at this hour and Any effort to call and ask my guests for a deposit (which in principle was not and would not have been an issue) however it was tainted by the tone the manager expressed. We have subsequently cancelled as a result, even when we tried to book individually and we still can’t book- make it make sense!!!The 1star is for the bar staff and the chef and staff who actually served us in January. Your management let you down. When dealing with customers who have had a good experience and pre booked 2months in advance- they aren’t time wasters. Ain’t nobody got time for that. Upgrade your telephone mannerisms- people over policies! The photo below was the night we had a good time. I will be contacting head office, as I was told by the manager it’s from above her.

Wrap & chips were alright taste wise however when eating I didn’t expect to be met with a toothpick in my wrap. Potential choke hazard due to poor attention to detail.

Very local to me so its very convenient to pop in for a nice lunch with the girls. They serve halal food which i was majorly impressed with. The portions are very good sized to leaving you happily content. Service was fast and ,the atmosphere was very calm and relaxed.

First time I've been to Piri Fino. Love the decor. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Pretty quick service. Food was delicious. Clean and tidy. Good space inside and social distancing between tables.
