Pit stop diner & take away in Walsall

just eat order on July 18 absolutely appealing took 2 hours to come even after phone calls to shop. delivery person when it finally came said it was all there IT WASN'T toast missing off breakfast tomatoes and hash brown off omelette phoned shop said can cook it again didn't want to wait 2 hours again wanted it for breakfast not tea or phone just eat for a refund or where actually very helpful goodbye pit stop going elsewhere

Really, really good breakfast. Had the full throttle one with a couple extra things for less than £10. Hot all the way through, food tasted amazing, and was a nice large portion. Definitely be returning again.

Literally just ordered food from there, asked for bacon and egg with 2 runny eggs, got home to find burned sausage but bright pink inside, and 2 dried out yolks, straight in the bin😭

Had breakfast with my partner omg it was absolutely amazing, so hot and tasted amazing best breakfast we have had for a very long time! The staff were all so friendly and also checked everything was okay for us, never been before but we shall definitely be returning!

Nice food but delivery is super poor, and don’t expect to be told they are behind delivery so your expectations.When chased, suspect I was fibbed too.Have lost faith with pit stop and now questioning their integrity- which means can you trust them with your food

My Cheese Toastie Was Pretty Good ( Could do with Extra Mature Cheese in the toasties ) my Wife's Hashbrown and Mushroom wasn't the best so unfortunately will not be returning again.

Food is good and plentiful, at busy periods you may have to wait a while.

Sandwich ok and prices are OK too. If I'm being picky the bacon was salty and tasted like it had been cooked on a charcoal griddle and egg wasn't runny. Would I use again? Maybe

Food is fine but service is without doubt the worst I have experienced from any cafe, 1.5 hrs for my food to arrive and when we rang to see how long the man in the background shouted its well done bacon it's going to take longer, it doesn't take 1.5 hrs though does it! when i said i had work at 12pm he said you should of ordered earlier ( PRETTY SURE ORDERING AT 9.45AM IS REASONABLE ) as I say food is fine for a cafe but lacks customer service, manners and professionalism and its not the first time so I will not order from here again from now on, shame on you despite whatever you may reply back with
