Pizza Hut in Walsall

Manager Louise was brilliant. We were dining with our coeliac daughter (9), so her experience as a coeliac was invaluable. We knew that the food would be safe and prepared carefully. The whole team was knowledgeable and careful. Louise brought us separate salad from the kitchen and we felt so well looked-after. Thanks so much!

An amazing Pizza Hut - the manager Louise was absolutely amazing always gives us a warm welcome - with a smile and is aware of her customers needs. The salad bar was full and fresh, Pizza hot and tasty! 5*

Came here for a party with family,We got a buffet for our large table of 20, the pizza was delicious, the salad bar had everything, and the pasta was fantastic!The manager Kyle was a really nice guy, he organised the buffet pizzas to be taken to our table instead of us going up to the pizza buffet, and he was friendly and coordinated the dining floor well.We all had a great time and enjoyed the food, will definitely be coming back!

Visited yesterday and I was shocked to see no staff wearing any masks!Didn't think the rule change came into effect for another week.Used to love coming here as the staff were always very friendly and helpful,think the waitress was having a very bad day not friendly at all,surly is a better way to describe her.Made to feel very uncomfortable.Food was fine though.

After my visit to this Pizza Hut today I just had to leave a review. The customer service was outstanding, the manager Kyle was lovely. His doing a great job at this branch. Definitely an asset to the team😊

Great tasting Pizza, Vegan Pepperphoni is delicious. Menu is Smartphone contactless, had technical issues. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Ordered for home delivery, cookie dough looked like half of a chewed up cookie and there was no ice cream with it. At first glance, I thought I’d been given something other than a cookie dough. The cookie was actually smaller than the palm of my hand and I'm 5'3 with tiny hands. The chocolate sauce was leaking out of the box too.

Really enjoyed going here for the buffet. Ate far too much though which I think is easily done 😂. Definitely think a rule needs to be put in place at the salad bar to get your food and go. I seen someone filling his bowl with grated cheese then eating it over the salad bar while looking at the other options 🤢

The best branch of pizza hut I ever tried in my whole life, that was WOOOOW, they simply defeated the branched in America and Middle East..The staff were very polite and friendly, they have super offers in here especially the unlimited salad. Not to mention the ice cream corner which was amazing.The taste of the pizza reminded me of the early beginning of the Pizza Hut, it felt so fresh and well baked.There is a free parking in front of it.I am so happy here and sure I will come back again
