Radhuni in Walsall

My partner and I had ordered a vegetable tikka masala with added paneer. We had actually received a chicken tikka masala with no paneer. Unfortunately due to it being a curry we had only noticed once we had started chewing the chicken. As none meat eaters this is highly disappointing, worrying and concerning. We had tried to call but nobody had answered (we had it delivered) so we have also wasted a meal and our money and had a very unsatisfying experience.

This is not an Indian restaurant. The biriyani that I ordered was totally blant with no flavour at all. And well when I ordered chicken tikka masala to be "indian spicy", the guy was like its a sweet dish.

I had ordered a vegetable curry and it was meat! Highly disappointed and not happy with the lack of customer service!

Went here for a birhday meal. We had popadoms then chicken chatt starter a pce that was bang on then we had boiled rice lamb madras hot pilu rice lamb tika madras that was hotter than what i usually have but that was nice and we had a nann bread highly recomend this one staff was friendly too

Went for Mother’s Day, food was lovely and the lamb was cooked perfectly. Naan bread was amazing and service was great, would go again

Great food and I especially like the combo meals so you can try 1 different and still have your favourite just in case. Mine was spot on again tonight cheers boss 👍

Have stopped using this place as food quality dropped considerably... Tried again tonight and won't be going back. Both currys were very salty chips were absolutely disgusting. Chewy and full of bad bits. HOW CAN YOU GET CHIPS SO WRONG ????.... Rice was nice though that's it.Must have changed ownership as the difference is chalk and cheese from a couple of years ago

Food arrived 15 mins late - not a big problem but considering we live no more than 4 minutes away from the place - the chips were cold!! The chicken curry was luke-warm at best and had a very runny watery liquid - just as if it was a frozen meal that had been re-heated in a microwave.The rest of the order was spot on and very tasty but the cold chips and runny cold curry spoiled our wedding anniversary meal and we had deliberately chosen Radhuni as we had always had a good meal from them - unfortunately this experience is making us think twice about using again. Not a happy experience or a way to celebrate our Anniversary. And to have the shop say that the food was cold due to weather is an absolute lie - if that was the case then all the food would have been cold not just 2 items - plus a 4 minute drive is no where near enough time to chill hot food (and the temp was plus 2 not minus 2) very disappointed with their attitude especially as we have used them for years.

Estimated time of arrival was 7:10-30 pm but came at 7:50. Paid £9.50 for a mixed grill, it come with 4 pieces of chicken tikka, one piece of lamb tikka and 1 sheekh kebab. It was cold, it missed out king prawns and tawa chicken. Ordered a wrap which was also cold, we asked for only lettuce and mayonnaise but note was ignored. Called the restaurant and was ignorant, told me to receive refund on Uber eats. Not ordering again, it was absolutely terrible.

Mahbub was great. He made me feel at home in the first visit to this restaurant. The food was amazing and tasted freshly prepared. Bit on the dearer side but worth its money. The restaurant is small and has a great £10.95 offer 5 courses on Sunday, Monday and Wednesday. It is not licensed so bring your own alcoholic drinks. The menu has a wide range of options to suit all. Owner advises me you will always see the same people serving you. Recommended and will try again.
