Restaurant at The Fairlawns at Aldridge in Walsall

Just back from a 2 night stay and spa .Lovely room, outstanding food, wonderful spa and beautiful gardens. The icing on the cake the friendly staff, everyone smiling and so pleasant - Thank you Julian in particular for looking after us so well in your bar and restaurant. Worth every penny !!

We had an a amazing time in the spa, and an overnight stay to celebrate our anniversary! It was such a lovely hotel. The staff are so attentive, and accommodating. The food was delicious! And the spa was so relaxing. Highly recommend!!

Had a great time we did a spa day it was amazing, and the food at lunchtime was fab and so was the afternoon cakes. Then we was booked for overnight stay. All the staff was very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The meal on the evening was delicious and so was the Breakfast.The room was amazing everything you need and so modern .would recommend 100 %.Will be back.Thank you. best hotel in Walsall

We attended a wedding on Good Friday and it was beautiful. The venue is beautiful, the staff are helpful and polite and the food was amazing. As a vegan it can be hit and miss at events like this but I could not fault it. The toilets were so clean and this is an area where venues often fall down. The gardens are also stunning. It's a beautiful location for a wedding and it has a nice balance of being close enough to civilisation that you can get to shops if needed but far enough away that you feel like you're in the countryside in the middle of nowhere. If we were looking to renew our vows, I'd definitely consider this hotel. At the very least, I will be back to try out the spa.

The standard just goes up and up.There are some multi national hotel chains could take a leaf out of Fairlawns book. It just oozes quality the moment you arrive. Efficient check in. New refurbished room with quality product's in the onsuite. Check in just after 2pm plenty of time to use the Spa facilities. An evening meal to equal any top restaurant and a good selection with vegan if required. Good full English breakfast or continental and check out at a relaxing 11am. This is one place l would love to keep to myself.

It was my husband and i first time at Fairlawns hotel for a overnight stay and spa. We had a lovely time, the staff was lovely and friendly. The food was very tasty and presented nicely. The only down fall was the carpet in our room was heavily stained in parts, but apart from that, we had a lovely stay and plan to return

After getting a positive feedback from my other half and daughter, the experience was good, the facilities were excellent, and good food! The hotel was beautiful and both have enjoyed their treatments, its a must if you haven't been to this hotel and spa before! The only problem was there was no directions in and around the hotel, which can be quite confusing! If they had signs it would be easier for people to navigate! But they would come again! Highly recommended if you wanna treat yourself to a nice relaxing Spa!

We went there for a birthday party. Really nice decor in the conference room we were in, staff were friendly and approachable. The bathroom that happened to be adjacent to conference suite was cold, however the one next to the reception was lovely and warm. I would definitely revisit as guest stay as I liked the seclusion and that isn't too far from my side of the city.

We stayed here as part of our wedding elsewhere and our party had a few rooms between us.We stayed in an Executive Suite and wow - the room was beautiful and very well styled, perfect for getting ready the morning of. Staff were very attentive at the bar, even creating a larger table for us for breakfast. Everyone has a brilliant time and I cannot thank the staff enough for making our weekend so special.

Stayed here overnight on Saturday. We ate in the restaurant that night which was excellent and then had an equally enjoyable breakfast the next morning. Our room was very comfortable and was also very quiet. The staff in this hotel deserve a mention too because they are so pleasant and eager to please which they managed to do very well.
