Rioni Pizza Cafe in Walsall

Ordered food. Waited over an hour for it to be delivered. Food did not arrive so l phoned up to ask how where my order is to be told its already been delivered 30 minutes ago. I told him we haven't had our order delivered, the man then became rude saying the food has been delivered and he would need to see dash camera proof when the driver comes back and if l didn't like what he's saying l could order food elsewhere. Don't worry l won't be ordering again and l suggest other people not use them either.

I have used here many many times over the years very good service polite friendly staff and drivers lovely hot food never no issues 😋 I would definitely recommend my daughter and her children use them too and my husband is fussy eater with takeaways but he loves their food well done rioni 👍👍

Excellent food, always great quality. I prefer a pizza from here than Domino's or Pizza Hut! Disappointed that they no longer open midday, was always nice getting a pizza slice. Also wish they opened a bit later on the weekends.

Excellent service, fast delivery food all hot we had a variety of food including pizza, garlic bread, wings, chicken burger, mozzarella sticks, wedges and fries all was delicious! Would definitely recommend

Apparently 4 miles is too far to deliver. Even though delivered before then told they are too busy. Doesn't stop you from ordering though when I enter postcode on website. They are happy to take money but have to to wait up to 5 days for refund. So used last cash to order and now have no food and no money to order elsewhere. Awesome service.

First time ordering today and will definitely be using again. Quick, friendly service. Food was beautiful and plenty of it! Great value for money.

Rarely do I have a takeaway of any sort. In fact I only ordered one because I had no gas/fuel so could not cook anything.The delivery arrived at the time specified and the delivery driver was fine. The actual food was also fine but nothing fantastic. Maybe I expect too much?My experience is basically it's fine.
