Read the signs for the car park as sainsbury's has sold it and if you stay longer than it states expect a £40 fine for the joy of shopping there.

·

Since when did you have a charge for parking, just received a £70 fine for shopping in store for just over half an hour. Apparently you have just 10 minutes free parking!!!! As far as I’m aware there’s no pay machines so how do you pay for extra time??

Great store, clothes and household stuff. Good selection. Had a few bargains using my scan app and also found some reduced items. Today's date on them but will freeze. Easy to park, friendly staff. Argos and lloyds also. I will start shopping here more often.

I like sainsburys, don't go in there often as its quite out my way, but i do find it can be more expensive than others to be honest. Sometimes the quality is better, but not always. I guess its just personal preference.

Be aware, this store now operates a 10-minute out of hours parking time limit. Even staying for a few minutes over the ridiculously short limit incurs a charge of £70. If this happens to you, vote with your feet (or indeed wheels) and make sure you inform Sainsburys of the cost to them.

Shelves were not fully stocked. Only a couple of tills open. Not the first time we have been to this and other sainsburys and found it nearly void of staff. And alot of shelves needing some major attention. Which is a shame as I have found stuff in sainsburys that no other supermarket's have.

It's a decent store but so small, it looks bigger from the outside but when you go inside there's not much range of stock. They do sell all the essentials at least. For example the normal drinks selection is the bare minimum, with only 2-3 range of energy drinks! The Tesco nearby has much more range!Brought some pastry cakes recently and got home the dough was raw. It's not like I could make the journey back just to get a refund, very disappointing and the filling inside had a strong metallic odour to it.

Great to pop to pick up a few bits and nip in the cafe for a drink and a bite to eat. ( at the moment! ) really disappointed to hear sainsburys will soon be closing the cafe sometime in June. (Feel for the lovely friendly staff that work in there! Also all the customers who meet up for a drink and a chat ) as it appears to be then reopening as a Starbucks. Don't know whether it's going to be the same.
